I've never been scammed. Have been hacked though. My friend used my account, and ended up telling one of their gaian friends and they got onto my account, hacked the crap out of me. But the good thing was, I got on my account, reported the person that I last traded with, which I clearly didn't make. And after that, I got all my items back. I was a happy camper after that.

No, but two people have attempted to scam/hack me. One idiot sent me that tired out 'i'm a mod give me your username and password or your banned' things. First of all, his name wasn't the right color. Second of all, he had no avvi. Third of all, the dumbass spelt banning wrong. I reported him, left some heated insults on his page, and told him I hope he gets hit by a truck. The second person was an illiterate noob who noticed I had a spare mythrill halo for sale in the marketplace. He was all, 'i am eterrng a contest and i need mythrill halo; when i win i will give u half the priz mony'. I deleted his message right away. Jerk.

Well, I didn't get scammed or hacked, but I did accidentally sell my embroidered jeans back to the store and had to buy a new pair.

Pelvic Thrust me. . [harder]. .. and . . Moan for me. .. Comment me
Mmm, I remeber the first time I almost got scammed.
It was in the chatterbox of course. And well the title was : Stay and chat and win 32oK. So I stayed just for like five minutes, and people were already like, this is a scam, and I was like the nicest one there, and I was like, aww I believe him. Until, I got a PM from him saying that if you give me your password I'll give you the 32oK for us to share. You can trust me.
So, I was like, hmmmm, maybe. So before I made my choice, I IM'd one of my friends, who knew Gaia better then me, and she said that was a scam, so. . . My a** was saved of a scam. HOO HAA.
But then this other girl PM'd me saying that she was gonna report me and that one guy[the scammer] and I was like. . the hell? What did I do. And I explained to her that he tried to scam me too, and we were on the same page. So why is she trying to report me. D; So then she was like, oh I'm sorry. . rambled, then asked if she wanted to be my friend. xB
Lawl.
Thrusts: 13,o4o

Lol, someone scammed me of my coco kitty once. ^^ Tracked the person down by asking people in her friends list about which account was her real one. Then I scared the s**t out of her saying that her ip would be banned, etc. I finally got my coco back, with her going like "OMG! I'm so sorry! I just wanted a coco so badly! Blah, blah, blah..." XD

I've never been hacked or scammed. =3 I'm not stupid enough to fall for the scams now, and perhaps I'm just lucky no one tried when I was a newbie Gaian?
I'm afraid of getting hacked now though. It's obvious not to click random links unless you know where they go too, but lately people have been putting cookie grabbers in their MP shop (or so I heard) and that makes me worry. x_x;
Lately, I've been getting 5 PMs a day trying to scam me...it's kinda getting annoying now.

|But if I ever need someone to come along,|
Yup.No. {They tried~} They had an account named 'New Server Team' and everything, and the PM itself was pretty professional. There remained, though, the few spelling errors, the fact that his name wasn't mod-coloured, and the fact that if their really was a new server switch thing, they'd put it in an announcement and not clog up everyone's inboxes. rolleyes But yes, it had a link in it, and my brain went, "Wuh? That's the stupidest scam ever. :/ "
...I was slightly disappointed with the spelling mistakes part, though. And the fact that the genius tried it the week after Gaia made the announcement of the new name colour system thing. ...My brother always taught me to be suspicious of people. :3 ninja

Its kind of funny how these guys do it. They want to scam you, but don't bother to check the smallest spelling errors. I think they get most of us by just recieving the pm. The first reaction is, OMG! GOTTA DO WHAT HE SAYS OR ELSE! It goes on from there. Thats the reason why I am scammed a lot, someone told me they'd give me a Steel-plated Ninja Band, and OMG, or some Golden Laurels, if I gave his bro a Lunar Scythe. I fell for it, not thinking. My friend would later tell me, "If he wanted his little bro to have a Scythe, why didn't he give his bro one of HIS items to use or sell?"

I've never been scammed. I've never been stupid enough to fall for the trick. The greatest one ever was when I finally replied to one of those "Official Gaia Online Moderator" PMs. I put a bunch of crap stuff in there like my email was "ihateu@gotohedoublehockeysticks.com". The person PM'd me back saying I was going to be banned for falsifying information. xD
It made my day, that's for sure.
