2pm PST = 4am Gaia Standard Time. To see what Gaia time is according to your timezone, go to the world map and click on the link underneath the town that says "Gaia Standard Time."
The easiest way to calculate when it starts is to add 1 hour and 20 minutes as of whenever I post this message.
