"...Do you want to try and do that besides saying yes and no all the time?"  

[Zahzi]

"Why?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Because I'm trying to talk with you, that's why. And your one word responses are not going to cut it."  

[Zahzi]

"Then Speak."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I've been talking! You're the one who refuses to act normal because Riza is around." Atella growled, crossing her arms as she glared off in another direction.  

[Zahzi]

"I do not want to speak too much with her around."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"...I don't think there's much you can say that would upset her, Krom. And who said we had to talk about forbidden things?"  

[Zahzi]

"She cannot speak, meaning she cannot contribute."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I think she's smart enough though to make hand gestures and facial expressions to speak to us." Atella said, crossing her arms. "And we can also speak in a way that she can respond to us in such manners... Right Riza?" She asked, looking down at her.  

[Zahzi]

Riza already had a stick in her hands, looking up at her.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"..Or she can write in the sand, which is what I think she's trying to do, yes?"  

[Zahzi]

"Not very well."

Riza was busy writing in the sand, struggling with a simple 'Yes'.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"She just needs practice is all." Atella said, scooting closer to Riza. "She's still only a child. She needs to be taught." She explained as she gently took Riza's hand and the stick, writing 'Yes' in the sand beside her's.  

[Zahzi]

"Unfortunately, I cannot teach her..."

Riza merely watched, tilting her head.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I had some schooling... I know the basics." Atella said, shrugging her shoulder as she began to spell out Riza's name.

"You know what that is?"
