Of Mavericks and Hunters. -OPEN AND ACCEPTING-

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"What?" Edge looked down at the grenades, then glared at Steam. "I have to THROW my weapons. I can't throw grenades and saws AND be effective." She growled, before tossing her two to Tango.  

[Zahzi]

Tango caught the grenade, before letting out a deep breath, calming down.
"I highly doubt two grenades are going to help us, he said, back to his normal attitude.

Dozer just gave a shrug, still staring at their foe.

"Oh, so you ARE the ones responsible for me losing my toy...?" The Maverick asked, tilting his head as he looked down at them.

"For now, anyway." he grunted.

"At first, I was just going to turn you all into puppets like her, but now...I'm going to enjoy taking you all apart. Bit by bit...Or, Byte by byte..."

"It's more chance to hit then you had before," he said to Tango. "Use it wisely."

"Then we have nothing more to talk about," he said to the Maverick before jet packing up to the image and shooting an emp blast from his palm.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I'm regretting this decision." Edge groaned, looking around the area for some sort of exit, cover, anything that could have been safe.

"I don't suppose we could contact the outside world and ask to be pulled out early, could we?"  

[Zahzi]

"No. There's no option, I am afraid." Tango grunted.

The image of the Maverick disappeared and reappeared a few seconds later behind Steam.
"You...You're not that bright, huh?" he asked as a small portal opened up around Steam, before it teleported him elsewhere.

"...The hell you take him!?"

"Just to the Abyss where Rule 34 is ******** sick lunatic..."

Ten seconds later, Steam would be shot out of the air, back to the ground..

Steam activated his pack as to avoid hitting the ground too hard. He looked up at the image, completely unfazed by the event. "I've seen way worse then a little rule 34..." He grumbled. "Come out so we can kill you."  

[Zahzi]

The Maverick stared down at Steam with a dull expression.
"Well then! I guess it's the REALM OF HORSE PORN FOR YOU!!" The Maverick laughed, raising his hand again, before the image suddenly disappeared.

Tango was currently boosting the signal of the jammer.
"Get moving. I DON'T want any part of these teleporters!!" he barked, pointing towards the buildings before he began to move in that direction.

"I SECOND THAT MOTION!!"

"It's notion," Steam corrected as he ran towards where Tango had pointed. "not motion."  

[Zahzi]

"DON'T ********' CARE!!" Dozer barked, grabbing Edge by the arm and dragging her along.

"In there!" Tango barked, pointing at a building in front of them as he and Dozer entered.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"There's gotta be a way to call..." Edge pressed her fingers up to the comm link on her helmet. "Edge to base. Does anyone copy?" When no response came, her brow furrowed. "I repeat, Edge to base... Base?" She had been unaware of the events around her, more concerned of getting unplugged than what the Maverick was attempting to do to the others. Dozer's sudden grab and dragging caught her by surprise.

"What the Hell?!" She barked at him. "What did you do now?"  

[Zahzi]

"WE'RE FLEEING!!" Dozer barked, shaking her about before dropping her on the floor as Tango began closing the blinds on a window, only leaving a small portion open to peer from.

Steam kept a close eye on the open spot in the blinds. "going to be pretty hard to hide from this guy..."  

[Zahzi]

"Jammer is keeping us concealed..." Tango said, still looking outside.

"Need to come up with a plan..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Since when did we become cowards?" Edge grunted as she was dropped, rubbing her backside where she had landed.

"It's just one guy. We take down people like him, everyday and alone."  

[Zahzi]

"When was the last time we offed a guy who could CHANGE the world!?"
