But if you converse, you can build Social Links. If you build Social Links, you get more power to your Persona. If you get more power to your Persona, you won't be flattened so quickly when fighting enemies. =D Interacting is often important for people in that class.

I know that, but I shouldn't deviate from my characters personality. Once he becomes more used to the people around him he'll start to converse abit more.

Hide in an 'accidentally' unlocked club room with Archaes, and watch all the people in the courtyard from the window. That way you can learn a little about them for later, without actually interacting or putting in effort.
