XD this is weird but im going to obsess until i find out what show this was
it was on tv a few years ago

mutants were exiled from earth
in the episode i saw they were allowed to return if they gave the rest of the people on earth some blood because they had genes that everyone else didnt, and they didnt get soe sickness
in exchange they could come back to earth
they were trick and instead more people were caught and sent to live on some spaceship with the rest of the mutants

yeah
