So I haven't been keeping up with RE5 trailers or any of that crap, buy my co-worker, who's a big fan of RE4, told me today that RE5 is looking more and more crappy. Aside from the fact that it seems like a cut and paste job of RE4 (Which supports my statement of Capcom having one bland generic game for all their franchises), he says the co-op mode seems quickly tossed in there for the hell of it with no real point to it other than to say, "There's co-op mode in it."

Which is another thing I hate, this new trend of having to have co-op mode in every damn game. It's gonna be one of those things, like auto healing and trophies, that plagues this generation of gaming for no real reason other than just to be there.

Like your friend said Bio, it seems like it's 4 with a fresh coat of paint, and that the partner AI isn't the best. There was complaints that they'll either horde everything in sight or not take anything at all. This is according to what I've heard from people who played the Japanese 360 demo.

I don't like the thought of co-op in every game, but I'd rather have that than another idiot like Ashley that does nothing and just gets in the way.

You know, there used to be this one other thing in games. Particularly horror games... You know, exploring ALONE.

Maybe Chris should so like Banjo Kazooie and stick Sheva into his backpack, and let her dangle from there, making bird noises.

I can't wait to play this game.Someone said it was a racist game in my school considering that the main character was white and the zombies were African.I told them there is a African lead character in the game zombies are zombies no matter the gender or race.

I agre with bio on that one. The differences aren't that big. I've played the demo on both the riot version, and the other version...I cna't find a name for that chapter part.

@Angela: The partner doesn't anything but money and sometimes herbs, unless you don't take the item for a long time, or you're separated temporarily and can't go over there. Yes the partner is stupid, and doesn't break the enarby box for items. You have to press the help button for your partner to help get the guy off you, or shoot the flying BOWs. when you get an herb you some how magically put it in a spray bottle. If you spray your partner and you're near you get healed also, but if you spray yourself your partner doesn't get any healing. Also after you do the press the action button, like the A or B button when the enemy is hurting. You get to do it again if it's jsut a Ganados, and basicly keeping doing that as much as you cn until it's dead. I am jsut posting this so that the people don't have to get disapointed if the buy the game. I perosnally will buy a bootlegged version so I can save on money, and see what kind of half assed story they put in it this time.

and i was watching x-play (newbish show, i know) and they were talking about the things in RE5 and such. And of course they refer to the enemies as "zombies"... Whoopie-doo. Then they talked about having no typewriters and the money system..Yes, there's money...And about the "bosses" and Co-op feature...And how awesome the game's going to be while at it they're dissing Sonic Unleashed for it's new features...WTF???

Canas I'm not even sure if that's possible. My clssmate told me that someone in Chin can't break into the gme unless it's specificallyl sys that it can be for the PC if RE5 comes out for the PC then Yes I well download it for free...
