I don't think so. And are you sure it was malicious?

It seems too much of a coincidence. I changed the name only for a few days and she managed to make a guild named Angel Eclipse. That and she's the only member in her guild. That and she never replied to me and it's still there. I honestly can't help but think this person has something against this guild.

Well, there is a report guild button, you could try that.
