Actually reminds me of a Dark Knight from FF. (Albeit w/out a helm.)

The Dark Ice and Hakama match, and the fins fit in to an extent, but the hair sticks out terribly. The Gift of the Gods is basically neutral; it doesn't add to it, but it doesn't really take away either.
Ignore the flute as usual.
