Damned Woods

[Cecily D Aria]

"FIne," Cassandra said and moved on. She pulled out a dress with a knee length skirt and tossed it her way. "try this."

Aquaria liked the length of this skirt. She stared at the fitted waist and short sleeves and undid the laces in the front. She pulled the deep blue dress over her head and laced it up herself. Aquaria went to show Garin this dress, and hoped he liked it.

Garin was waiting for her. his face lit up. He couldn't even formed words at how beautiful she looked.

"So it looks alright," Aquaria said, and sensed Cassandra behind her. "Is it too short..?" she asked him.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"No, it's perfect, you're perfect," Garin replied, smiling.  

[marixe alcyone]

Aquaria turned to Cassandra and bowed. "Thank you, Cassandra-san," she said. "Thank you very much."  

[Cecily D Aria]

"Welcome," cassandra replied with a shrug.

Aquaria turned back to Garin. "So what would you like to do now?" she asked. She stared meaningfully at him and coughed, trying to inconspicuously remind him to ask Cassandra about his past.  

[Cecily D Aria]

Garin could think of quite a few things that he would much rather do than that, mst of them involved Aquaria, but he knew what she was getting at. "Cassandra, there was something else I wanted to ask you about," he said, slowly.
"Yes, what is that?" Cassandra asked him in reply.
"It's about my family, my biological family," Garin replied.

Here goes nothing, Aquaria thought. I hope this ends well.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"Okay, most of them are dead. Killed by a group of hunters," Cassandra replied. "Other than that, I don't know much. I wasn't that old when all of that went down and there are a lot of questions surrounding it."

Please, stay calm, stay calm, Garin, Aquaria prayed. She knew how he had reacted when she posed her theories, and she hazarded a guess that this time wouldn't be much better.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"So, you don't know a lot about my family?" garin asked.
Cassandra shook her head. "I might have seen them a few times, but I never really spoke to them, or interacted with them. You know how they were."
"Yes... I know..."

It seemed to Aquaria that there was something else that Garin wanted to ask Cassandra. "Garin...did you want to ask something else, too?" she inquired.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"No, that's all," Garin replied, looking away. "Come on, you must be hungry fter all the excitement today..."
