"Is there a point to it?"

"You never know when you need to write. Whether it be a letter, a threat, a message, or when an enemy is nearby and talking is impossible to do without being detected."  

[Zahzi]

"But a Gladiator only lives to fight."

"We may be Gladiators, but who says we cannot be parents?" Atella asked, raising an eyebrow as she nodded to Riza.  

[Zahzi]

"Because Parents do not willingly go to get themselves killed."

"Yet fathers are always fighting wars." Atella said, staring at him blankly. "It'd be better she had parents who fight than none at all."  

[Zahzi]

"She has already lost two to it."

"She lost her parents to children who did not know right from wrong."  

[Zahzi]

"And this is different?"

"We're not children. We know right from wrong."

"Yet here we are."

"So you're saying this place is where the people who have wronged go?" Atella asked as she rose an eyebrow, glaring at Krom. "Last I checked, neither you nor I had done anything wrong. Just pissed off bad men."  

[Zahzi]

"Justice has no meaning."

"Then why let such a petty thing get in the way of a child's need for parents?" Atella asked, her eyebrow only raising higher.
"I had thought you of all people would understand and agree that no child she live with no parents in their life, Krom."
