I'm still in a slump for this case study about the old man and his living will. What the hell do I say?

Strangely enough the case of assisted suicide is not an issue in this case, since the man has a living will that states that he wants to die if certain things were to happen to him. He just wasn't clear. This is probably the best answer I can give for it:
