And it will disturb anyone within range of the bloody rain of body parts. And if he has some kind of infectious disease? Yeah, that's raining down on them too. So no he won't be allowed to do something like that.

Unless he's dying of a contagious disease, or if he's too strong to throw himself out the plane. If someone has to push him out, that'll be assisting suicide. I'm pretty sure that's either illegal, or frowned upon; pending if your talking to a ethics board... or a Judicial board...

If he's blown up way in the air like he is saying, the little pieces of him could carry for many, many miles and ran down on people, which is hazardous to everyone in that area. No matter how careful he is, he cannot be sure that he won't cause his remains to rain down on people, which I sure would cause trauma to all those affected. Therefore, he can't be sure he wouldn't hurt anyone.

I actually have an uncle who told me when he is not longer a productive member of society he's going to have me take him, and his canoe to the coast. Then he's going to paddle out until he can't paddle any more.

Anyone trying to stop him would probably be scared off by the threat of a bomb... And he's planning on killing himself anyway, so he won't be afraid of any punishment....
