1. Because it's illegal and perhaps offering a warning before alerting the authorities is the kind thing to do.

The shortest possible explanation of the show is "Love(craft) Comedy". It's not THAT bad, really... though it does make quite a lot of references to things, so it could be a little hard to understand without a guide... which I have access to... XD
