Most of the S-ranked missions are supposed to be solo missions. They are not meant for groups nor anyone below Jounin rank which is why they are not on the mission board outside. I am sorry, but that would be a no." He said calmly as he explained to her.

Tavian let a sigh before hearing a loud bang and yelling. He took a look out the window and was astonished. There was a shinobi in Cloud gear attacking. She appeared to have the Rinnegan due to her force. There was a dip in the center of the Leaf Village and it appeared as if Cloud wanted war. "Cloud is....Attacking us." Tavian jumped from the window, landing outside of the Hokage's Office.

''That sounds far better than that I am just too weak to assassinate someone. Couldn't you have said so from the start, Hokage-sama. But are there any preparations needed to be done before we get war all over us? I'd like to do something, even a E or D ranked mission withing the village is fine with me. Just take me away from my boredom for a second'', Yasha said, calming down even more. Even though all regular costumer missions might have been cancelled, there sure were things to do so that someone couldn't attack them. Or make at least as less victims as possible. For that were preparations needed and Yasha wouldn't leave without a task or mission. Even if she had to bug Akira with it for the rest of the day. Quite selfish, since war was coming.

Yokai spoke, "Akira, right now, I don't need to learn anything. The war has started! I heard the explosions! We need to fight!"

"Wait here." He said as he jumped out the window and towards the village. Meanwhile, Yokai mic would continue react with light static from the eruption. "I shall be there in a moment, help out in areas near the gates." He asked.  

[Dripples]

"Aight!" Yokai ran to the gates.

'' I am coming as well'', Yasha said, as she followed Akira to the gates. She might be of help. There reason she had to stay because she was medical, so she'd better get her a** over there.

(I shall give the ninja of the Leaf Village one day to respond to this attack. If I encounter no resistance in this time frame, then I will proceed with the destruction of the Hokage's Office.)

As Victor walked into the door to the Hokage's office, the secretary tried to stop him. What she got was a tendril stabbed through her neck, which then threw her away from him. The Sound ninja traveled up the stairs to the actual office of the Hokage. He kicked the door in, knocking it quite a ways across the floor. When he noticed that no one was in the room, he grinned. Tendrils would begin to erupt from his body. If he wasn't stopped soon, they would consume and crush the entire building. Hopefully, there was a ninja around to stop the attack, or they would have to build a brand new office for the Kage. Summing up the chakra to make so many Tendrils would take time, so, for now, they had a good amount of time to stop him.

(I made this post at 5:35 PM US Central time. In exactly one day, I will destroy the Hokage's Office if I am not stopped.)

Cassandra walked up to the office building and sensed unusual chakra emitting from the building. "What the?" She said as she then placed her hand on the ground, which pulp came out from her hand that formed into a large sheet of paper as it solidified. "Summoning Jutsu." She said as the paper quickly started to fold into a dragon. She made a hand sign, which it controlled the dragon, she then commanded the dragon to approach the window.
