Shadow Walker never answered Warp's rebuke of her and the jet had fallen into silence as they crossed the Atlantic and then into West Virginia and landed. It was a quiet flight, and Shadow Walker drifted into sleep, Warp set the coordinates-and having been there once before-already was able to set a flight pattern for landing and closed his eyes, pushing his straight black bangs back as he leaned back in the chair.
As the jet landed he didn't bother opening his eyes until Shadow Walker shook his shoulder and Warp was half tempted to break her fingers pretending he had done it instinctively on waking and merely just mend them a few seconds later when he was 'more awake'. Deciding to be less petty his blue eyes opened and he stared at Shadow Walker as he unbuckled his seat belt, "I've actually been up for about three minutes. We'll have to hike about half a mile or so through the woods to get there but it is a pretty clear cut shot besides the hills. Since you don't know the exact location I assume teleportation is out of the question. Besides, the walk is pretty, and I like nature."
He stood and said sarcastically, "What is it they say? The wild and wonderful West Virginia? Actually, it isn't the real motto, but who really gives a damn about state mottos anyhow. Ready for a short little hike and visit to some men of my favorite organization?"

For the last thirty minutes Cassie lay on the hard floor of the Danger Room, drenched in sweat, muscles aching, her green eyes staring at her fingers which she clenched and un-clenched into a fist. She knew she had overexerted herself physically setting the danger room to higher levels for her and running drills practically continuously for two and a half hours until she had practically collapsed from exhaustion.
She had already taken off the long gloves that she usually wore as a part of her uniform and finally annoyed pulled out her pony tail and took off her glasses and closed her eyes. The selfish part of her blamed her exhaustion entirely on Sebastian. She wouldn't have felt compelled to run danger room simulations till exhaustion if he hadn't been so indecisive that morning and it was even more frustrating that her power didn't work against him-of course wasn't that what she wanted? Someone who her power didn't work on? And, ironically enough it was the one person at the mansion she actually had a crush on. And, he goes and says something stupid like he's attracted to her but isn't sure what exactly it means?
"Cabrón estúpido," She cursed under her breath as she closed her eyes. As she lay there taking deep breaths trying to will her aching muscles to move to the kitchen to find something to eat she realized she had just put two and a half intense hours into the danger room and let out a laugh, "God, I'm turning into Dean... there's a disturbing thought."
It was one of those rare occasions when the kitchen wasn't swamped. In fact it was just him. Which was strange since this place had become more of a meeting room than an actual kitchen when it came down to X-men business while they have a perfectly good briefing room for that kind of stuff. Just shows how informal they usually are. More like family than a crime-fighting team. That was how Dean felt and now Myth felt the same way. His breakfast was just your basic cereal. The healthy stuff. His classes weren't any time soon. Sometimes they were the first thing in the morning but not everybody would be as awake as they should be during his lessons. So now it was time for Dean's daily routine. A good long workout in the Danger Room. It would be a good opportunity to go through his paces again. When he arrived he noticed that someone was already in. Maybe Scott or Sebastian. He preferred Sebastian. That guy was much more fun to fight against. But who he found was not someone who he expected. Good thing he came prepared.
"How is that a bad thing? You get these good looks and this sweet body. But I guess it would look a bit odd on you. I don't think the women's department has a lot of clothes my size." Myth joked as he walked up to her laying form. He offered her a bottle of water.
"So what's eating you? You never exhaust yourself unless something's on your mind." Myth asked and sat down on the floor.

"Haha," Cassie said not bothering to open her eyes, until she reached over and put on her glasses. She sat up, wincing slightly, and took the bottle of water. "You'd probably look awful in drag," she said, "of course, I could be wrong."
She glanced over at him as she drank the bottle of water and let out a sigh, "A lot of things are 'eating me'... I've decided that at least fifty percent of the male population is composed of indecisive idiots, I'm contemplating murdering a blonde sixteen year old stalker in his sleep just for precaution, and I think I'm losing my touch... meh, beyond that everything is wonderful."
She let out a small laugh and said, "Anyways, I usually put at least thirty minutes in the danger room every day... don't you check the logs? I just decided to put some extra time in today."
"Hey, I did some crazy stuff in college. That's all I'm going to say on that matter" Myth laughed a bit before turning more serious."I don't really check those logs. And you really shouldn't worry about Dmitri. Emma's got him covered."
"I am going to take a wild guess but.....it's about Sebastian isn't it? Emma told me some stuff yesterday If not forget I said anything..
"I'm not one to talk about feelings and all. So I might not be the best person to talk to about Why do you think I fight and train all the time? Keeps my mind out of it. Kind of like what you're doing. But from what I understand your power is similar to a telepaths which does not work on Sebastian. So if your power doesn't work on him then....it could be a real thing. A normal love. As normal as it can get anyway. Maybe that could scare you because you'll never know if it's your power or genuine. I get that. But if you could get over that then perhaps..maybe you could give it a shot. Ya know after you've both given it some time and thought.Like eh..." Dean ran a hand through his hair." Man I am not good with these talks. Just...take it easy with it, alright?

"What?" Cassie said spitting out some water when Dean mentioned Sebastian's name. "Ayayay," She said rolling her eyes before raising a brow at him, "You and Emma are like old women with your gossip or something. Seriously. Anyways, why do you assume if it had anything to do with him I would play coy or whatever. I mean I might not have dated but I'm more of a to the point type person. If you feel like lecturing someone about being indecisive or afraid as you might claim go bother Sebastian... like I said I've decided at least fifty percent of the male population is composed of indecisive idiots. And, I spent two and half hours about killing myself training, I'm not in the mood to hear a lecture I don't need... honestly I don't see how you train like this all the time: it's ridiculous."
Massaging her legs she said, "You don't check the logs? God, I thought I was going to get extra credit or something... oh well. Can I at least get a crazy story of yours from back when you were in college? That sounds fun to hear." She ended with a bit of a smile.
Dean threw up his hands in defense."Easy now, I said that because I am not sure if he fully realizes it. I know you are pretty direct. Like now. I'm not lecturing you.....anyway"
Getting this worked up about it only proves my point though. It was about him. You even changed the subject right afterwards
"Eh....well...we managed to get a cow on the roof of the dorm. That was fun. It was so hard to keep that thing quiet. You should have seen the look on the principals face. Priceless. He still has no idea till this day who did that. Or why for that matter. I did lose the bet in the end seeing as how quickly they got that cow off of the roof. But it was worth it."

"Hey I agreed to go along with whatever he was up to," Cassie answered annoyed, "I think that is pretty clear cut." She rolled her eyes and let out a sigh as she listened to the story about the cow.
"Wouldn't it be more of the Dean freaking out about the cow?" Cassie asked. "God... I'm picturing this and that would be pretty amusing. My father's a professor you know, but I don't think they had any roof dwelling cows to deal with. Too bad about you losing the bet though."
"Anyways, back when I went to regular high school I was the golden girl, I never caused any trouble believe it or not," She said with a smile. "All the teachers loved me and my peers adored me. I was on the varsity soccer team even. It was fun back then."

" I may not be able to do a blind jump straight to Force's cell however we are less likely to be seen if we simply travel through shadows. I can at least get us in the facility that way and we will be able to see the surface through shadows castes. I don't mind a short hike, if you would prefer but perhaps when we arrive closer to the facility I can take us through shadow.
Regardless, let's head out of here." She holds his wrist for a moment and dropped through their shadow and emerged on the ground, allowing Warp to see the advantages she spoke of. She let go of his wrist and awaited further orders.

Sebastian Arkain Physik LOCATION: Xavier Mansion: Sports Field
Sebastian had gone through 2,407 kicks of the soccer ball before dropping it. It had taken him more or less an hour and a half to do all that. He was sweating slightly as he kicked the ball towards the supply shed. It hit the open door and bounced inside, the reacting force closing the door behind it. He walked casually inside and straight up to his room. Upon getting there, he took a quick shower and got dressed. He wore a black, button-up, collared shirt with the top button unbuttoned, along with black dress pants. His belt was a simple black strip of leather, and his shoes were black sneakers. He hated dress shoes with a passion. This was his usual outfit for teaching, though not necessarily those colors. Occasionally he would do red or green, but black was his favorite today. He left his room and went down to the front of the mansion, where the newspaper was sitting on the front porch. He picked it up and opened it. He leaned against the wall to the side of the door and read about the new "MRD's New Stand" on mutants. Propaganda more-than-likely, but Sebastian still read it.
Warp frowned as Shadow Walker transported them outside the jet. Around them was mostly hills and trees and they were currently in a valley. He glanced at her and said, "You forget I can phase through solid objects," Warp said, "Let me handle getting into the facility. Now, my job is to find the most effective way to complete a job, so if you can successfully transport us both through shadows to the facility-which would reduce our chances of getting caught-while maintaining enough energy in case of any unforeseen emergency I agree with your suggestion."
"Keep in mind, Force will more than likely be dead weight and not in good shape all things considered so we will have to be able to cover ourselves and him," Warp added. "Last I heard the MRD didn't exactly care too much if they had the Brotherhood alive or dead in custody meaning they will shoot. I've been shot enough times by them to not recommend the experience... granted with my power I merely make it so the bullet would phase through my body, but it isn't an experience I like to make a usual habit."
"So, if you think you can handle getting us to the facility and still handle anything else that would come along, I agree on your idea," Warp said, pulling a compass out of his pocket. "The facility is 12 degrees exactly east of here, by the way."

"Traveling through shadow seems less taxing than manipulating it. I don't think it would be a problem to get us over there then you get us in. Once we get close to the cell I can take us there." She faced the direction Warp pointed out. She offers her hand, as he took her hand they sank into shadow.
As they came close, Shadow Walker avoided the guards. When the coast is clear they emerged by the wall, not a guard in sight.
"Queen of the school huh? Not my kinda thing. Spend a lot of time at the principals office. Then again I got in fight's a lot. I may not have looked the part , still don't for that matter, but I was a huge bookworm. Mostly reading mythology as you could have guessed. Played guitar when I had time for that. But that's besides the point. Some of my friends were the losers of the school. Well not really friends but we talked sometimes in the library.They were the kind that got bullied a lot. So I stuck up for them. Took the blows they were supposed to get and then it was my turn. So yeah....I had fun during those days. Sure, I wasn't very well liked by the football team since I kinda beat up their players. But I had fun. Guess that's all that mattered in the end." Myth said sounded a bit nostalgic.

"Puh-lease," Cassie said, "Didn't you pay attention in high school? The cheerleaders were the queens of the school: I was the empress or goddess of the school. Cheerleading wasn't for me, I'm not into the whole cheering someone on-I'd rather be in the game. Anyways, I was a friend or acquainted more or less with most of the school. I guess I was fairly popular with the football team but that was because I was friends with a lot of the cheerleaders, and I was friends with both the girls and guys soccer teams... and I hung out with a lot of the kids who got really high grades. I had a diverse group I hung out with."
She shrugged, "But I always had a soft spot for people who got bullied... I mean Alex, my brother, was a lot... not that our parents really noticed until too late, and he end up taking all his classes online after his powers showed up when he snapped I guess, so it would make sense I have a soft spot for that kind of people. Anyways, unlike you I didn't have to beat up football players or whatever to get my way. Persuasion and a pretty face always worked well."
She pushed herself up wincing at the pain of the muscles in her legs and said, "Thanks for talking to me, but I'm still pissed at Sebastian by the way. Seriously, it isn't that complicated, if you're attracted to someone and they say that's cool with them you shouldn't be all 'I have to figure things out'. Lame." Rubbing her thighs she said, "And can I skip history today? It's not like the class is that useful and my muscles are killing me."
Warp nodded as Shadow Walker took the lead and got them by the wall. He glanced up not seeing a guard in sight, though he was pretty sure there was a five minute rotation on the tall walls, though depending on how alert the guard was they might be missed. Warp looked to the wall and tried to get a sense on what was going on inside the facility. Frowning he made a small double-sided mirror about the size of peep hole inside the wall and glanced through.
The corridor looked rather empty, and he knew from Raven's information that the cells were on the underground level. "Clear," He hissed to Shadow Walker. Making the wall phaseable figuring it was easier than altering their bodies he pulled Shadow Walker by the wrist into the MRD facility. "Now we need to get two or three levels down to get to the cells. And if you're religious pray we don't run into anyone."
