My mother and her family are/were Southern Baptist. They tend to be strongly opposed to anything that is forbidden in the Bible. My stepdad was a pastor. He and his family are more open-minded. My younger stepbrother & I are the most open-minded of all of our family.

puppetofdeath they believe everyone is entitled to the freedom of speech... Just as long as you say what they want to hear You contradicted yourself in a crazily closed-minded fundamentalist kind of way. It's like saying "Originality is fine, as long as everyone's doing the same thing". Me and my bro are atheist/Agnostic Buddhist. My parents are Christian but don't go to church etc. My grandparents on the other hand...My Nan on my Dad's side hates me because I don't like sitting down with her talking about dead people for hours on end. They tell me cats and other animals don't have souls and hence you shouldn't cry when they pass on(dogs are apparently exempt from this statement and I should worship them next to Jesus). I have a messed up family to say the least. My bro and I are basically the 'black sheep' of the family. Family reunions are just an excuse for everyone to come together and gang up on us.

1. be able to take a joke
2. enjoy innuendos
3. enjoy parody movies
4. be easily entertained

I see. I didn't watch it because I figured since I never saw the movies they were making fun of I wouldn't get the jokes and would basically be left out for the duration of the movie. So I didn't watch it. My classmates who did see it didn't think it was great. They probably enjoyed it to a degree though, if they didn't they would be telling me it was shitty which they didn't.
