I shifted my position in my sleep, rolling over on my side with my legs out. The position pushed me even closer to Kiba. My dreamless sleep slowly changed in to colors and scents.

A little while later I woke from my nap, wondering how long I had been asleep. I turned and looked towards the entrance of the cave, but could see no sign of daylight. I looked next to me at Kiba, hoping I wouldn't wake him as I moved.
Once I reached the cave's mouth I realized I had not been asleep for long. "Maybe I should bring us something back, since he did earlier," I thought out loud, then headed off.

Kiba continued to sleep, after she had left the cave. His dreams weren't peaceful. He still sees the death of his master and of others under the rule of the old alpha. His eyes shot open as the dream ended with his own death and sighed deeply. He looked over to see Aakosir had left, but her scent still lingered where she had slept. "Hopefully, she'll return."

Walking behind Kirias, Bakher wondered briefly why he was called. Surely nothing new had come up?
Then the Alpha dropped his bombshell, and he groaned; demons. lovely. Erinyes were bad, but as smart as they were, they were not sentient. Most "true" demons were, which meant several things. A) they were cunning, and calculating in the risks they took B) they were agressive to a fault and C) they were physically and Magikally powerful.
Killing the Furies, as hard as it may have been, paled in comparison to having to fight a Demon, if it was indeed a demon they faced.
"Excussss me Alpha, but how sssssure the foe we face isssss trrrruely a Demon? Many would call a Errrrinyessss a Demon, but Errrrrinyessss arrrre merrrrly overrrly powerrrrful, viciousss animalssss... did thisss "Demon" sssspeak?"
He fluffed his crest, wondering that anyone could summon AND be sufficiently powerful to bend a Demon, no matter how weak, to his own will, as all the sentient denizens of the Abyssal Realm, as Gryphonkin called the hellish, fiery place the Demons and their ilk came from, were normally quite powerful creatures, fully capable of overwhelming most mortal Magik practitioners without pause; this "Raiden" must be a very, very powerful individual. It boded ill.

Kaishin shrugged. "I don't really know. Mikayla only said that it was a Demon in appearance. I know that one helped Raiden escape the other day...". He paced slightly and then looked at the group again. "If we are dealing with a Demon... The I - I have no idea what to do, I've never had to deal with something like this..." It was then he remembered something. "The current Shaman in the village, he isn't the first one. In fact... he has only been one for about as long as I have been Alpha". He closed his eyes as he tried to remember, "When I spent a little time in the human village, the current Shaman and I discovered that the previous one had been practicing the arts of Blood Magiks... which included demon summoning..." He knew that the Shaman had been banished to the swamplands, could he still be alive and still practicing his black arts?

*Charms just sat under a tree that was still on the verge between the forest and the Den. He curled up and watched the people around him not sure what was quite going on but never the less kept an ear out. His tail wrapped around himself and he rested his face on his two front paws and watched the world around him.*

I stalked through the deep forest, scenting out large game. Eventually I found the trail of a large deer herd and changed direction, heading a little farther out of the forest. I came to a small clearing, spotting my prey quickly, a young buck.
I crept along the line of the forest, getting closer, my belly against the ground. Soon I was close enough to launch my attack. I landed on the back of the deer, my back legs digging in to its side, bringing him down easily. I looked around, making sure there were no predators close by, then headed off with my kill.
Panting, I dropped the kill inside the cave and looked around for Kiba.

"You've returned." Kiba said as he walked toward her. "And I see you've brought food." He looked down at her kill and chuckled as last time it was he who brought food.
