 The world all around her was... hazy... to say the least. The sky was obscured by branches overhead, or atleast, what she could only assume were branches, all that she could make out was a blurry mass of merging greens and browns. The trees all around her looked darker than usual, more... intrusive... more obstructive... as if they were trying to crowd in towards her, cage her in. The ground beneath her feet was soft and sucked at her hooves, threatening to pull her in, pull her under and never let go.
The doe herself, wasn't a pretty sight either. Her coat, dull green as it was normally was an even more drab shade lilting into tones of grey. Her scales were chipped and cracked as if she had suffered a thorough beating, whether through abuse or simply nature's beating, only she could know. Getting her to talk would be another matter though. Her fur was tangled and matted, covered in mud and smothered in blood. Patches of burgundy scabs covered her sides and limbs, only broken up by sparse glimpses of grey-green, or otherwise to a thick crimson paste that slowly oozed out from inside. Her head hung low, almost grazing the ground as she hunkered along, obviously straining with each and every step. Surely no living thing could survive such a state of being; she was Death walking.

Personality
The most prominent thing about this doe, is that she is always bleeding. From small cuts, from big cuts, sometimes even from bruises. That's because she's got a mild case of Haemophilia, which is a condition where the blood is unable to produce, or keep up clots, so when there is a cut it won't gush blood (unless it needs to xP), but it will remain open for longer than it would on someone not afflicted with such a condition.
OH, and another thing to keep in mind. Her left eye is missing, as in she doesn't have one. The socket is still in shape and her lid will still open and close with the other one, but all that is behind it is a dark empty space. This may not be visible at first glance, though, because her other eye is very dim, and much the same color as the empty space. She does not remember how she lost her eye, and doesn't like to talk about it much.
She is very clutzy, hence all of the cuts and so forth, but she is very strong of will and mind. Pain is never an issue for her, she's been dealing with that her entire life, after all! But she does have a tendency to pass-out every once in a while due to her blood loss.
She's generally a rather dark character, but she sees no point in trying to go out of her way to hurt anyone, as she sees that she would probably end up getting the worst of it. She likes the woodland creatures, especially birds, and spends a lot of her time wandering about, looking for new ones to tame or call to. Sometimes, she also seems a little distracted, but the moment it's mentioned, she just puts on a smile and makes something up. It may have something to do with the fact that she doesn't remember her childhood, or maybe even has something to do with her sporadic loss of sight.
