Kai just laughed as he rolled onto his side to watch Saiya as she packed. "How so?" he asked, trying to contain his grin.

Saiya smirked at him. "You're Riu strikes me as the odd kinky sort. Winks never bode well for the receiver of them." She teased as she stood up and dusted herself off. She pulled her jacket off and looped it through her bag. "Should we get moving?"

Laughing as he stood up in one smooth, fluid motion Kai brushed himself off. "You've only know Riu for moments, and yet you know so much about her already." he commented, picking his pack back up.

Saiya laughed. "I'm good at figuring people out. I always had a feeling my boss was up to something. Always sneaking around and acting all slimy." She shrugged. "People aren't that hard to figure out if you know how to look."

Saiya shook her head. "I try not to ever make assumptions. It's mostly just a feeling about people. Like I feel I can trust you, and that you won't hurt me unless you have to." She explained. "Doesn't mean I know you or have you figured out, just means I trust my instinct to tell me that your not a bad person."

Kai just shook his head with a grin as he started off into the forest. "I don't know. I could be a very bad person." he joked. "Or I could not be here at all." Kai teased in a spooky ghost voice.

Saiya snorted. "You know it would be my luck that a ghost was my guide." She teased with a light laugh. "And if you were a bad person you would have left me to find my own way." She pointed out.

Saiya arched and eyebrow and rolled her eyes. "Yes you would. Though it is amusing watching you try to make me think you might be a psycho." She teased as she stuck her tongue out at him.

"Hey, I am a dark elf." he pointed out, making as if to grab her tongue for sticking it out at him. "We do kind of have a reputation."
((Okay I'm going to keep posting till 3 or so and then I'm off. Apparently attending weddings is exhausting.))

Saiya quickly pulled her tongue back in her mouth and frowned. "You do?" She asked, obviously unaware of what exactly a dark elf was. "Are you supposed to be evil or something?"

"Well, and no offense, but before the whole 'emergence of supernaturals' thing we all had to hide in our own way. The easiest being under ground. So we, dark elves, kind of got labeled by humans as an evil race that likes suffering and pain with dark skin and hair who love mining just as much as any fun loving dwarf." Kai explained kindly, slightly disgusted by it. "They pretty much stated that dark elves and dwarfs were pretty much the same thing."

Frowning Saiya pulled out her sketch book and started flipping through it. "Are dwarves little people? Some are dark and some are light and the light ones don't like the dark ones." Finding the drawing she held it out to him. It was a dark and light dwarf fighting in a torch lit tunnel, the background was a detailed tunnel that depicted more of the dwarves fighting. "Like these? I don't really see the connection between you and them. First of all because you're pretty tall."

Kai tilted his head to the side as he looked at the drawing. The light dwarf kind of looked like... Nah! It couldn't be him. "And yes, as there is in every race. There are good and bad ones, or I guess what you call dark and light ones." he stated as they walked. "But there hasn't been a war between the dwarf clans in hundreds of years. The last one was started because of a beer shortage, and all of those ended when Supernaturals were finally able to come out of hiding."
