The bolts are so hot and electrically charged anything with a five foot radius of the ball like bolt will be severely electrocuted and receives first degree burns. Anything within a two foot radius would be burned beyond the third degree and be lit upon fire due to the high temperature of the bolt. If the bolt hits the target it will incinerate the part of the target which it had struck.

{{Okay. If the lightning bolt itself is a big as a basketball and it has a shocking range of five feet you'll be shocked while attempting to dodge. Plus I was a mere two feet away, before the punch, then extended my arm to punch, which closes the gap. And shot. Therefore you and your clone still got shocked because you wouldn't have been able to move faster than my RPC at all. This means even if you dodged the bolt itself, which would be nearly impossible since its the size of a basketball and I punched next to you, you failed to even escape even the two foot radius due to slower speed. My character is a Taijutsu Master. Has five of eight gates opened. And is using the highest stage of Shuurai Tekken Do. Not to mention the Shikyaku technique and the fact that Im S-Ranked.

So that should sum that up.}}

Also, Blackscar has Izunas Mangekyo Sharingan. Thats a speed boost right there along with the fact that he can see things coming at him in a slower rate.]

take a genius to make a shield hell, I have a counter for all of my attacks and if I name any of them I bet you'll use them just like your trying to use my joint movement one. You ALWAYS need to state what your dodging, you just making excuses. Your vague, and always BS "Just some how faster than you even though your in armor that doubles your speed" s**t isn't working. You have not a taijutsu style active so your speed is s**t compared to Ryugan's now, so you "expand" jutusu dodge, isn't gonna fly.

Eh, didn't know but, All hsi speed increases flush out that single increase so if thats all you both have to rely on, your both screwed.))

(( This is a summary of this fight: I fight regularly, you god mod, I use a jutsu, you dont dodge..I call you on it..you quit. This is exactly what I thought would happen. I mean seriously, You NEVER wanted to lose against me again..that was obviously seen from this battle. Those jutsu are harmless!! DO YOU KNOW WHY THE CLAN GOT BANNED, The teleporting, The meteor jutsu and because of me misusing it. I dont even hardly use fire jutsu anymore..I use about 3 and your are overwhelmed, I haven even started to fight you.Those jutsu are easily avoidable, you didn't and now it's " ******** dizzle and this guild" grow the ******** up. ))
