Kari's whole face turned red, embarrassed that she had been pinned so easily, but more at the fact that he had kissed her so strongly. She leaned away from the wall, brushing her lips as Xigabar had stood up.
"Hm? What's wrong? A lover's spat?" Kari cringed but then growled, snarling at him. "No! It's not like that!" But Xigabar just snorted, and the matter was sort of settled now that Demyx had come back up with a mattress pressed to his chest.

"Okayyy, here it is." He walked into the room, slapping it down onto the corner of the floor before he dusted off his hands by smacking them against each other. "You want the whole set you'll have to get it yourself, I'm not going to put in that much work for you chickie." Kari sighed, but it was a friendly one, knowing that Demyx wouldn't go that extra mile; even for her. "Alright, I thought I'd have to do that anyways." She shrugged, going into her new room and plopping down on her mattress, which was dusty and uncomfortable but she didn't care. "So do you have missions to do?"

Demyx had gone to his own, looking over his shoulder at her while he tidied up. "We haven't had one in a while. We have a sole purpose, we had a meeting on it earlier today. So you'll probably have to go to Xenmas himself and get filled in."
Kari shuddered at the thought of having a one on one meeting with Xenmas, his creepiness already seeping into her; but she put it off. Meeting Xenmas himself was important to her mission.
"Yeah, I guess I better go do that now before he rags on me for not having known the information like I'm supposed to." She rubbed her arm, standing up awkwardly before going out of her room and searching the castle for where he had gone.

Kari stepped forward, closing her eyes and just bowing her head slightly. There was really no need for a more formal bow, at least not to her.
"Demyx notified me that you have a plan, I would like to be filled in."

She cleared her throat, putting her hands behind her back and fiddling with her fingers. For some reason she felt nervous, uneven, something stirred in her.
"He also said that you haven't set anyone on missions due to your plan, to regain my place in the ranks I'd gladly fullfill a mission for you."

And this was how it was supposed to be, or at least how she had planned it out in her head. To gain his trust back, to win him over and make him truely believe that she was an Organization memeber.

She made a face as Roxas was mentioned, quickly coughing to cover up her mistake and regain her normal composure.
"If it's not necessary then I'd rather stay here to prepare myself for whatever might come," She waved one hand in the air, the motion going from next to her head back down to her hip - meeting her other hand.

Kari huffed her breath, trying to stay calm and remember that she wasn't in the world where she could control herself anymore; she was in Xenmas' 'world', he made the rules and she had to follow.
She turned around, dismissing herself just like he had dissmissed her and stomped out. Becoming furious at the situation she had put herself in. Was being controlled always this awful?

Kari told herself to relax, going up the flight of stairs and back into Demyx' and her shared room, smacking her body onto the disgusting mattress. He looked up from his sitar, which he had been tuning, and made a small unsatisfied face. "What's up?"

"I have computer duty."

Kari was in the computer room, having been holding herself in there all night.
Her eyes had bags hanging underneath them, and every so often she would yawn largely. Even though she had made Demyx go retrieve her some sweets she had not been able to focus intently, shovling candy in her mouth every ten minutes or so to give her body a much needed sugar rush.

Kari clicked away on the computer, irratically touching different spots on the screen to get the items she needed. Since she hadn't slept a wink she had done other peoples shares as well, doing Demyx and Xigabars work.
