xxxxxxxxxxANOKAI Life is what it should be. To seek change is to seek calamity. xxxxxHISTORY
xxxxxDESCRIPTION The Anokai, protectors of the forest and the wilderness, have been around in small pockets since the beginning of history. They have bonded with nature spirits and have learned to mold natural energy with chakra to create a unique variety of techniques. They are wielders of nature of all kinds, and they utilize the variety of nature to great effect. Anokai can do many things - they transform into other entities, temporarily. They can heal, cast techniques using the power of nature, and generally dominate a battle by means of diversity.
xxxxxRULES • Users of this clan must have access to medical jutsu to use healing abilities from this clan. • All Anokai have a connection to nature and are drawn to it. Generally, they feel compelled to protect nature.
xxxxxWEAKNESSES • During the Druidic Form, you can only use Anokai techniques. You can however use your untapped power regardless of form. • Cannot learn the fire or lightning elements due to their adversarial nature to forestry and wildlife.
xxxxxSTRENGTHS • Communing with nature grants you some reserve of natural energy. +30 chakra • Animal forms generally have higher stats and higher perception • When surrounded by nature, your senses and agility are heightened.
xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES Druidic Form • The Anokai have a few basic animal forms that they can transform into, using natural energy and their connection to wildlife. These tend to be larger than others of this animal species. These are the free forms - there are others that require chakra to utilize.
Jaguar: +2 Base Speed, Exceptional Reaction Wolf: +1 Base Speed and Strength, Exceptional Smell Bear: +2 Strength, Exceptional Durability
xxxxxTECHNIQUES
• Regrowth D-A Regrowth, used by the Anokai raising their arms up from their elbows (pointing upward), is cast on a single individual. This ability applies a consistent healing effect to a target, counteracting continuous damage taken or the effects of poison and diseases. Essentially, this allows one to regenerate or off-set continuous damage. Or, heal more grievous wounds over time. This cannot regenerate lost limbs, but can regenerate severely damaged ones. This lasts for three posts, and has a potency increased by its rank. By the time Regrowth ends, poisons on the target are cured entirely.
• Seed of Hakan A-S A more instant healing effect, the Seed of Hakan is applied alongside the bustling of natural growth on a target's body. Soil may rise on their skin or flowers may bloom at their feet. This ability stays for an exceptionally long period of time and triggers when a target is grievously injured. It will essentially undo any non-lethal damage they took, then end. At S rank, this will even undo lethal damage, though nothing such as complete obliteration.
• Wild Growth B-S Wild Growth applies the effects of Regrowth to several targets, and stronger. However, it only lasts for two posts.
• Veil of the Wild C-SS Nature rapidly launches to defend the Anokai, cloaking them in an extremely resilient cloak of natural energy and deflecting techniques of a lower rank as well as neutralizing ones of equal rank, with the technique itself ending shortly after taking attacks of an equal rank. Otherwise, it can last for two posts total.
• Circle of the Land B-S The circle of the land allows the druid to manipulate nature to their benefit. They can, for example, attempt to have roots grapple a foe or can turn trees into dangerous projectile weapons. Not to be confused with Mokuton, the Circle of the Land is more generalized and tends to depend on the environment and biome. This can also be used to create new life alongside its use; ie by rapidly growing trees, roots and other things.
• Circle of the Moon S Using their connection to Tamei, the Anokai may transform into one of three exceptional forms. This lasts for 6 posts.
Great Centaur - The only form where the Anokai can use non-Anokai techniques while transformed. The Centaur form, with the lower body of an equestrian creature, gives the caster +3 base speed for its duration and empowers the healing effects of Anokai techniques as well as the nature techniques cast by the Circle of the Land.
Celestial Drake - Transforming into a dragon-like entity, the Anokai gains the ability to fly and obtains exceptional durability, mitigating the vast majority of damage taken. In this form, Circle of the Star techniques are larger and move more quickly.
Great Oak - The Anokai transforms into a giant, invulnerable tree. They become completely immune to all damage while within the tree, but cannot do anything save for lay dormant. The tree will heal all of their wounds and can be exited whenever. When exiting the tree, the wielder may be transported to another nearby body of nature to ensure they aren't instantly killed upon exiting.
• Circle of the Stars Variable Using natural energy, the Anokai can channel the power of the moon or sun to cast powerful techniques on foes.
Starlight C-S A large and exceptional heated sphere of energy will fling at the foe, exploding when the user wills it to. Guided by natural energy, this will seek the foe for an exceptional period of time. Impact with it leaves a foe burnt severely as if contacting super-heated flames.
Moonlight C-S A ray of energy descends from above, following the target relentlessly. If they are caught in this 'spotlight', they will begin to be degraded rapidly, the energy in their bodies withering and causing fragility and - shortly afterwards - death.
Starfall S-SS Holding out their arms, the Anokai creates a massive sphere of heated, golden energy at the target location. This ability will - upon its creation - manipulate the surrounding natural energy to rapidly pull things into it. It can move very slowly, and lasts for a total of three posts. A technique of equal rank will destroy it, but weaker ones will be annihilated if they come into contact with it.
Moonfall S-SS Small, comet-like apparitions of energy will descend from the sky onto a specific (but quite massive) location. They will sear and severely damage those who come into contact with them or are hit by their resulting explosion. This technique generally covers an area of a few hundred meters and will continue to rain down for two posts.
Celestial Wrath SS This will combine the powers of the previous four abilities. A massive, mobile, fiery sphere will be launched by the hands of the Anokai and search for the target. It will pull in surrounding organics and energies and destroy them, though it will often ignore the surrounding natural environment. Furthermore, a spotlight of celestial energy will rapidly follow after a target and in its wake, extremely quick balls of white energy will descend and launch at the target and the area surrounding them in a large field. This continued onslaught of both moon and stars will last for two posts. An attack of equal rank can destroy the fiery sphere (and be destroyed in the process), but the moonlight onslaught will continue.
• Tranquility SS This ability heals all allies (including the caster) rapidly, with natural energy covering their body as flowers bloom at their feet. Essentially all damage will be repaired, even lethal damage and the loss of large portions of their body. The only damage that cannot be healed by this is death itself. This can also be used to restore someone's body to its natural state - disfigurements and previous loss of limbs can be cast away and mended.

XXXXTHE LEGACYTHE LEGACY OF KLEINE, THE PSYCHO RENEGADEKleine Heiland, otherwise more famously known as Shinsei Karnata, his alias as the ruler of the Karna Empire. Kleine is perhaps one of the most loathed individuals in all of history, considered to be the ultimate mortal evil of all of the known world. If one wishes to make a stark comparison or a metaphor to pure evil, Kleine's name is often invoked as the benchmark of cruelty and malevolence.
In his life, Kleine conquered all lands west of Hi no Kuni, nearly a third of the entire world. He ruled the largest Empire in history - the Karna Empire - and destroyed several dynasties in his wake: Zhou, Sengoku, Parsud, Huan-Pei, Sango, Chang-An, Uzumaki, Ecbana and Ilyethon. A dozen Kingdoms crumbled before him and his dominion became the center of trade and power in the world. His lands were not ruled by administrative benevolence, however, but by an iron fist and fierce order; breaks in this order incurred violence of an astronomical scale. Entire families could be wiped out for the sins of individuals within them.
Entire cultures were eradicated if riots developed within their cities. In the expansion of the Karna Empire, millions of individuals died, and with each loss came five enemies to oppose Kleine in his malevolent dictatorship. But he continued, ever the manipulator, ever the powerful man. He invoked fear in the heart of his foes, and fiercely controlled information and order within the Empire. His conquest of all the world seemed secure, especially after he discovered what is considered to be the greatest font of power in the world: The Heart of the Old God, an artifact that grants its wielder enormous power. He expanded this power further and further, sealing demons within the artifact and increasing its pure destructive capability.
Kleine became, near the end of his life, a threat so vast that it could be tamed by none. But the torment that laid within the Heart was one of the Old God, Zhu, a creature that had corrupted Kleine. He taught him a power akin to Necromancy, using the tides - the God's Dominion - to corrupt the dead and turn them into corrupted dead, loyal minions that could fight well on land and sea. These powers furthered the greatness of the Empire, but like the dead he corrupted, Kleine himself fell weak to the corruption of Zhu. Eventually, he became his fanatical servant and lost his tact and ability to control his environment. His subjects rebelled, and even those who had given faith to him - such as Kendall - fought against his corrupted legions while great shinobi such as Christian Uzumaki and others came to put the mad Shogun down.
Before he died, the corruption was removed from his body. Kendall did what he could to try and bring Kleine to the light, as he had often tried. He sacrificed himself and cast a technique that would stall the corruption in the Shogun, allowing him to see as he once did. But the Shogun did not see the light. Instead, he confessed that unlike with many others, his corruption at the hand of Zhu was something he had wanted. Because slowly, but surely, he was becoming Zhu - the God of this world. He let the corruption return to him, and fought against the allied forces of shinobi young and old for months before eventually the powerful coalition annihilated his body and sealed his energy - and the Heart of Zhu - into a temple adrift from society and guarded by a fierce order.
THE LEGACY OF CHRISTIAN, THE PURIFIER WIP
THE LEGACY OF HUTAR, THE SEDUCERHutar Hakam, the Tribe Leader of the Samara, fled to the far West of the world to give his people - considered barbarians - a home away from the volatile and quite genocidal lands of the shinobi. Dangerously, however, the need for danger and desire brought the Samara back to the shinobi realms, where Hutar began an exceptionally large family and continued to teach his people the ways of genjutsu and conning others.
THE LEGACY OF KYON, THE IDEALIST As an heir to the Sengoku Dynasty of Tsuchi no Kuni, Kyon was brought by his cousin to help advise him in the war against Kleine, who had begun to war against his neighbors in his quest to conquer the known world. Kyon served the Shogun valiantly and participated in several massive battles alongside the coalition opposing the warmongering Shogun and the Karnata Dyansty. However, his Shogun was killed and his sister Mayu died in direct conflict with Kleine.
Kyon ruled Tsuchi no Kuni reactively from that point onward, and sealed the Nanabi within himself to grant himself enough power to stave off the early and more unfocused invasions by the Karna Empire. However, as his allies were overcome and Hi no Kuni expanded its dominion, defeat became a clear inevitability. Kyon surrendered to Kleine and asked if he could rule Tsuchi no Kuni as a vassal Lord, a daimyo. He did this with tears, as he bowed and scraped before the man who had slaughtered his sister and the rest of his family. The Shogun refused, beheading his foe.
THE LEGACY OF MAYU, THE GIRL GONE WILDMayu, becoming a mother of two children of her own, was very likely the worst house-wife of all time and put her kids up for adoption shortly after teaching them how to speak, walk and wall-climb. She followed her brother - albeit late - to Iwagakure and revolutionized the Rock Village nightlife, becoming a famous musician. Her career eventually replaced the life of a shinobi as her primary drive, and her abilities waned. When called to fight for her nation, she accepted, but with her declining abilities she was mowed down gruesomely by the Shogun of Hi no Kuni.

THE HISTORY OF SAMARA: Hysteria, or Hylia KasimovDaughter of the Blight, Terror of Sassai'i, The Madqueen
Born over a century and a half past was a woman known as Hylia Roshyvich, a child of the Samara Tribe. The Samara - a nomadic tribe of con artists and "miracle solution" peddlers have been vastly populated by men alone throughout their history, mostly due to their bloodline's strange biological inclination to target only boys with a linear genetic influence on children. The mothers would always vastly influence their daughters, while the fathers would always vastly influence their sons. As a result, there hadn't been a single female Samara in history to actually possess the bloodline, let alone few Samara in general.
Thus, the decision of Hysteria's father - Hassan Kasimov - had been one uncommon and somewhat unpopular with the tribe. He had decided that he would keep his daughter, rather than handing her to her mother, despite the tradition to keep only the sons. He professed to his tribe that there was something special about Hylia Rosenthia Kasimov, and he was correct.
She was, and still is, the only female to have ever inherited the Samara bloodline. And, like her father, she had an immense talent in her craft. Her access to genjutsu was raw and empowered; she could bend reality to her will with illusions, dismantling opposition to the tribe with powers that few Samara had ever seen. Only a few in their history had rivaled to her untapped potential - Hutar Hakam, the leader of the tribe in the shinobi lands, her father Hassan, and the founder of the tribe, Vladimir Samara. As a descendant of that very man, all of these individuals possessed exceptional clarity in their abilities, and naturally presided over their people.
Hysteria eventually came to lead the Samara that remained reserved of the Shinobi World, keeping a distance from Hutar and his more relaxed approach at leading the Clan. She was always fiery and domineering, and she loathed the reputation the clan had of living as liars and hoax peddlers. She wanted for the Samara to rule - to take land, and she knew they could. These men - her peers - all had power in genjutsu that no others could match. The amount of distortion that a collective of master illusionists could create was unfounded. Ten could take on a thousand. And she was right - when she led her men into battle, they dominated their opponents. Their foes would quite literally take their own lives in the hundreds to escape the cruelty of the reality forced upon them.
Before long, the Western Kingdom of Sassai'i fell to the Samara Tribe. It was thusly named the Khanate of Samara, with Hylia - now called Hysteria - the Khanum of this land. She continued her conquests and the population of her tribe grew rapidly - she commanded her army to rape the survivors of these lands by the thousands, populating their holdings with b*****d Samara boys that ran off to join their fathers in their imperialist control of the territories. Hylia ruled as the leader of the greatest lands of the West . . .
. . . only to be brought down by Shinsei of the Karna Empire, the Imperialist, the Son of Dragon's Blood, the Psycho Renegade. The Khanate of Samara fell prey to their ultimate weakness: that their genjutsu was not in fact reality, but a false alteration of it. With medics and specialists attached to each squadron warring with the Samara, they were able to snap their allies out of their false realities and proceeded to slaughter the armies of the Khanum rapidly. Hylia, who had entered a state of total war with the Karna, released her anger and frustration with the state of the war by flaying and slaughtering their prisoners and townsfolk in whichever holdings they managed to occupy. She gained the title of the Mad Queen here - but it did not stop there.
When the Khanate surrendered, she was nowhere to be found. Instead, she was elsewhere, eternally plotting the downfall of her foes and the success of her lands. She came running to the whispers of the Defiler, Zhu, who had given her a new task . . . one she eagerly accepted.
