To enhance his speed to finish the robot off, AJ grabbed a small pile of grease powder and toss it at the robot. The powders of course went into every cracks and spaces of the poor machine.

Why did she even bother? Why? QQ! Maybe there was that hope that he would be kind of nice to her like he had near the end of the battle in the club room or when they had traveled the maul together but he was just as mean as he ever was. What was wrong with him.
So, she did as he wished. She walked away from him, but not because he wanted her to. No, because she was upset and there seemed to be more important things to do - even if it just seemed dreadful. Weird bug looking creatures that seemed to summon legions of robots from the junk yard with a horrible sound and they had to fight. Urg, why did she sign up for this class and come and have to try to talk to Andrew. But this was for a grade. She liked grades. Grades were nice.
So, Maple sucked in a breath. She didn't just lunge at the battle bot like the others were doing, well she didn't know the best way to go about this. The ghoul gripped the lamp a little tighter and lifted it up as carefully as she could, she'd need to get the weight of it a little first. Heavy, that was all she could register. Urg, this was going to be so hard to do. But, it was for a grade so she took a few careful steps towards the inanimate object and swung the base of the lamp down. It wasn't a great hit, mostly a scrape against the side of it. But, not... terrible for a first attempt. Ow, this was killer on the arms.

No, that last one wasn't just going to do. She was going to fail for sure if she didn't defeat this metal contraption set forth before her. Maple had never been very good with her broom as it was and she had to wonder how changing weapons was going to do any better.
How was she going to do this? She wanted to sulk. But, this was a class, she couldn't. Maybe just imagine its one of your brothers, her aunt would sometimes suggest to her in the few lessons she had gone through with her. Her aunt would jest and giggle, hoping to urge her on. Maple stared at the robot for a moment, trying to envision one of her siblings. But the image in her head morphed and changed... that into Andrew, her current tormentor of sorts (really, he seemed to be tolerable sometimes, what the hell?)
That could work. Maple frowned deeply, pushing herself forward and lifting the lamp into a batter's position and swung with as much force as she could. The base of the lamp hit with a solid thunk against the head, sending it square off and sailing and the lamp itself stuck in the cavity that was its neck. "Oh Hecate!" Oh, she wasn't going to get a horrible grade for this, was she?!

AJ stared at the struggling trashbot which was making weird noises within itself and shaking its dome shaped head. Good sign. It seemed to have trouble. The serpent-dragon boil watched with icy eyes as the robot suffered, making bizarre sounds and started to have smokes escaped from it. They glow within its eyes grew dimmer and dimmer until they became totally blank. It was done.
Sitting on the corpse of power-off or maybe malfunctioned trashbot with his legs crossed, AJ took a good rest while watching how others doing.
Then, he spotted the little witch, who was doing devastation to her own robot. That's why he never mess up with a lady, you won't know how powerful they can be.
Good job, Maple dear.
AJ, sitting on his robot, thinking of what may cheer the witch as a good gift.

Sin felt herself tense up as the ground rumbled and Moira's words were no comfort at all. How many times did disaster have to strike before she simply became acclimated to the fact that nothing would ever go as expected? Still this was something that Moira had specifically planned, it wasn't an enemy ambush...yet. She had to shove away any more pessimistic thoughts because suddenly there was a trashbot zooming towards her.
She had hoped she would get to use her whip but the accursed rubbish pile wheeled in so quickly it was all she could do to hastily put the sharpened plug up and scrape against the metal as it came down to whack her.
Her eyes scanned past the trashbot looking for Julian but she forced her gaze back on the enemy at hand. Julian would handle himself just fine, she'd make sure he was okay after.

Her lamp was stuck, it was stuck! The robot didn't seem to mind, it just kept on standing there in its intimidating battle manner while she tried to dislodge the thing. Urg, Andrew, look at what you did to the poor ghoul!
She tried, she shook it and she tried to pull it out but nothing was budging except her. Maple fell backwards with one forceful pull. Nope. "M-my l-lamp...."

Sin could feel the trashbot pushing against her, most of her strength was in her lovely legs. Fearleading, jogging, and swimming had lent those gorgeous gams quite a bit of muscle, but she wasn't kicking, she was using her arms to try and keep the trashbot from whacking her. She felt her arms tremble from the strain and then grinned as she felt the sudden jerk of her plug prongs pierce into the trashbot.
Her arms slid a bit and she lost ground, but the sharp prongs started to drag and cut the metal in a jagged line like a poorly opened tuna can.

"P-please!" Maple was back at it again, desperate to get her weapon back from the robot. Her arms hurt and her behind was still a little sore from falling down but that didn't mean she wanted to lose her weapon for the day; because it was part of the grade and she needed to fight with it. Urg, she had the worst luck! She got something similar, sure, to her own broom but it was heavy and clunky and now stuck in the thing she was supposed to defeat. What if this was a real battle? She'd be dead for sure!
This was horrible! Maple tugged again, putting a little more effort into it. The lamp finally gave way with a little scraping sound, metal against metal before the already dented material that made up the main body of the robot object just gave way and tore, leaving a bigger hole in the main shell of the robot creature. Well, it freed her lamp but Maple was still horrified. This wasn't going to account against her? Was it? Oh please, no.
Her brown eyes shot to the other students and their progress. Were they doing the same? Please be doing the same.

She cringed faintly as her arm dragged slightly against the jagged metal a shallow cut that she hoped didn't tear open and start to bleed. She would have tried to back away but the trashbot was strong and she was afraid of turning away and ending up with the full force of one of it's strikes.
She jiggled her wrist and forced the prongs to keep moving, to keep prying the metal. She jerked her arm back pulling the sharp prongs free of the trashbot and tightening her grip.

She realized she should have just left the plug prongs in the trashbot, but it was too late and now she had no way of bracing herself against the metal enemy. She backed up and tripped over a spilled pile of junk giving a hiss of pain as the trashbot advanced on her. She gripped the plug end and jerked her arms up as hard as she could. There was a strong metal on metal grating noise before she felt the sharpened plug suddenly pierce through again, this time however liquid of somesort, oil maybe, dripped down from where she'd torn the metal body of the trashbot.

Now that his trashbot was dead, and there wasn’t another one, Andrew looked around to see the other students quickly killing theirs off.
Maple killed hers, AJ killed his… Olivia looked like she could use a bit of help, but he knew better than to go over to her… and Maisma, she got to use fire. What? Why did she get to? His tail swished in anger and he turned climbing back up into his tree and sulked, keeping a hold of his dish. He wanted to go home but he waited for the teacher, no since in wasting his class, or his mother’s money.

Sin didn't exactly have much strength or leverage from her position on the ground, but the plug was already stabbed in. If only she could find the strength to give it a little more wriggle and tear it open more.
She felt a sudden whack as the trashbot hit her arm with one of it's metal appendages.

Sin tried to avid being struck again, she tried to roll to one side, but of course she was still gripping her weapon. She cringed as she was whacked again, but then suddenly there was the screech of ripping metal and she rolled to one side her weapon in hand and the trashbot motionless.
"Thank Jack..." She stood and frowned trying to brush off a bit, but her gloves and dress had dark splotches on them and dust clung to the silk.
Her eyes scanned for Julian, but he looked fine, his trashbot was as lifeless as her own.

Having successfully beaten down a small robot before it beat him down, Molan's small bit of demon pride was at least left intact. For now. So aside from looking a bit mussed, dirty, and desiring a long bath to clean off the grime he was fine. Which meant checking on the things that mattered.
Darn. Andrew hadn't gotten his face beaten in. Well that'd have to do. Aaaand... well Etzer was just sort of staring his down. He'd probably win. So there was... oh Olivia was... why was she on the ground? A carefully picked path was taken to avoid any potential sludge as he wandered over before kneeling down a bit near her. As he'd gotten closer it seemed she was fine, just... on the ground. And stuck. So the only plausible answer was to... extend... a hand.
Ew. She was covered in filth. Oh well. Sacrifices. He made them sometimes. He waited until he had her hand before pulling her up, trying to be careful to not bump into her further. Even if his clothes were ruined, well... he didn't need it to get worse. "You're fine?" Well it might be safe to pat her head as well, though... that might get more gunk in her hair. Wait there was already a ton anyway. Right, there she got her classic pat on the head. Yes. Excellent. The world was normal again.

From his tree, Andrew glared at Molan. Glared knowing he couldn't do that and never would be able too; flame demons couldn't cry and that was the only reason he wasn't. Instead he settled for a smoldering gaze and sulked more, playing with his tail flame, keeping it away from the bark of the tree.
