This technique is an improvement of the "Hand of Debris". Now, instead of just a hand sprouting from the foundation, there will be an arm springing forth composed whatever base the started the jutsu from. ( i.e water, concrete, etc.). And the strength and malleability of the arm is based on whatever the arm is composed of.

This arm can be used for offensive or defensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary but the length of the arm can go as far as 10 feet in the radius and height in which it was spouted from. It can bend, grasp, slam, and do just about anything that any other arm can do except be more pliant depending on the that which it is composed of.

We have come to a conclusion that the rinnegan would be unable to have a power like this. Actually almost all jutsu except specific bloodlines cannot change their appearance. If you wanna change Yamis appearance just do it, but this jutsu is impossible for your character

Description: This jutsu changes to person's persona and Apperance. It is along the lines of Yin, And yang, It has the rules of a demon beast but not like it. This move is activated as an anger process, Once put under extreme anger and stress, the move takes effect causing the user's skin to change to a brown color, The hair will become dark and wavy, There personality changes to opposite, Say if your afraid to kill, this change causes you to kill with no remorse, or if your a coward, this will change you to a battle hardend fighter...metaphorically. This jutsu has no time limit, once he changes he changes untill the next time he is put under extreme stress. During the change the jutsu's you had active won't be affected.
RP Sample:
Yami's chest felt a sharp pain as he began to change. His eyes became intense with pain as the rinnegan was activating a new jutsu that he had created. His hair changed. It fell and became wavy as his outfit changed and his skin became a brownish color. "Well i guess your no more for a while." He said as he changed. It was no longer the Dark, Fighter we all knew, It was Hikari, The light to Yami's darkness in his soul. Created as a figure to remind him of Testial, But entirely different. Hikari was ment to hold all the burdens and emotions the yami would carry. "Alright, Its time for the Enlightened warrior to have a taste of freedom." he said, group of bandits who used earth style darted out of the ground surrounding him. yelling at him for his money and threatening him, Hikari responded with. "Oh are you talking to me?" The become frustrated and used a earth swim techinique which was there own undoing. Hikari lifted his hands and from the ground came the 4 bandits trapped in sand prisons. They didn't beg or squirm or anything, So he smirked and closed his fist causing them to be crushed with the weight of the sand, While blood splat everywhere, Hikari was walking off Hoping to visit an old friend of his.

We have come to a conclusion that the rinnegan would be unable to have a power like this. Actually almost all jutsu except specific bloodlines cannot change their appearance. If you wanna change Yamis appearance just do it, but this jutsu is impossible for your character

oh..okay..well thank you for putting it lightly....would there be a chance i can make a jutsu were he could use someone of different appearance as a shadow clone?

That would be impossible for your jutsu.

Not rinnegan just a regular jutsu type.
