Ability Style: Kage-level Ninja though is not a current Kage(highest level of Ninja attainable. Kage means that the ninja is the strongest in not only his village but also the country. The Kage usually rules over his or her counrty until they die or name another eair as the next Kage.)
Weapon: Shurikien, Giant Shurikien, Kunai, Chain of Obediance (Able to stretch up to 100 meters and will do whatever the user wishes. This is rarley used and even then, is only used in a life or death situation as it will take his life if used for more than 30 minutes), katana x5
Ability:1. Byakugan (Used mainly as a taijutsu technique, the Byakugan gives it's user many great abilities including the ability to have a 360 degree field of vision, except for one tiny blind spot behind the first thoracic vertebra, this tiny spot is the only known weakness of this special ability. With the Byakugan activated it's user has the ability to detect anything that moves around them in a 50 foot radius, making the Byakugan a difficult task to fight against. When used with chakra the Byakugan becomes even more powerful and can see through most solid matter over extremely long distances and allows it's user to see the inner coil system of the enemy, opening them to an attack on their tenketsu (Chakra Holes) by the hand of the juken (Gentle Fist). Wen used successfully it can shut off the chakra flow of the opponent which has disasterous effects.)
2. Sharingan Level 4(Able to memorize any technique that it has been a witness to including nijutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu techniques. Other abilities of this very special eye include hypnosis, allowing it's user to suggest actions and thoughts to the opponent. The Sharingan also has the very useful ability to see through any illusionary technique.)
3. Mangekyou Sharingan (The Mangekyou Sharingan is a higher form of the Sharingan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is not easy to obtain however for those who are not made of cold blood as they must make a tremendous sacrifice in order to obtain it, they must kill their best friend. However, despite its immense destructive power, the Mangekyou Sharingan is a double edged sword. Hence, the Sharingan 'causes a terrible strain on the user's eyes and eventualy deteriorate his eyesight. Morevover, using the Mangekyou Sharingan uses enourmous amounts of Chakra. But, despite its drawbacks, the Mangekyou Sharingan is the deadliest technique known to this day.)
4. Hyōton (Allows him to move at the speed of light between mirrors that he can create out of ice, bouncing back and forth to the point where the opponent can not judge where he is at, while allowing him to throw piercing needles at his opponent. This technique had never been defeated before and always meant the demise of anyone who had to face it. This unique ability also gives it's user the ability to manipulate water. Perhaps one of the more interesting aspects about this ability is that the user is capable of performing such advanced ninjutsu and genjutsu techniques by using only one hand to perform the hand seal, where typically both hands are used to perform even the simplest technique.)
5. Mokuton (Techniques are performed by combining earth and water-based chakra simultaneously, thus causing trees to grow from any location the user wishes (including himself). The shape can also be controlled to a fine degree, allowing makeshift structures to be grown quickly in battle.)
6. Shikotsumyaku (The frightening ability to manipulate his own bone structure. He can protrude them out of his body, fire them like bullets from his fingertips, or even create a layer of bone under the skin to serve as armor. All this makes his body virtually indestructible and gives him a nearly perfect defense, since any point of contact can almostly instantly become as sharp as a spear.)
7. Able to use a wide variety of Ninjitsu(energy/chakra techniques), Taijutsu(fighting techniques), and genjutsu(illusionary techniques). One of his deadlest abilities is the ability to channel, control and even emit energy from his body to the point of being able to use his energy as a beam, wave or other type of offensive attack. This can also be used as a defensive measure such as creating a barrier or moving something without touching it by using his mind to control his energy(telekinesis). Tsuji is also able to use his chakra and his energy to levitate and even fly at extremly high speeds. This allows him to easily evade opponents by taking to the air and even allows him to fight in mid air with just as much, if not more proficiancy.
Weakness: Being extremly gifted in all forms of martial arts, Tsujis only obvious weakness is that he has habit, a terrible one at that, of showing off in a fight. He will focus more on humiliating his opponents or showing off his attacks rather than actually focusing on trying to beat his opponent. The only time this doesnt come into play is when he is participating in a tournement of when he is fighting for the life of his or someone elses own. When this situation arises, he can become a very deadly opponent.

Storyline: Not much is known about this mysterious person. Though he tends to be very outverted and social, whenever someone brings up the topic of his past, he becomes very serious and almost deadly.

Clan: The Fujiyama Clan. Absolutly nothing is known about this clan. The members of this clan are very secretive and never reaveal their secrets except in battle however anyone who was known to face a shinibi from this clan has never survived.
Bloodline: Zeshi Nensan. This is probably the most unique and most dangerous of all the blood line abilities. It allows the user to copy a blood line limit as if it were a rugular jutsu to teh Sharingan. Long Ago, During the war between Kaminari no Kuni and Konohagakure, It is rumored that the Fujiyama clans main Target was the Hyuuga and Uchiha clans for their exception blood lines (The Byakugan from the Hyuuga clan and the Sharingan from the Uchiha). Not much more is known about this ability other than it can copy more than just Jutsu (hence the ability to copy blood line abilities).

Demeanor: Tsuji generally is a kind and care free guy who doesnt like to figh unless he is forced to. He also can not stand to see otehrs fight and will do anything to keep the peace. This demeanor however, doesn not apply to his biggest rival Fujiyama Kei (Sparkei to most due to his spary personality). Kei and Tsuji have always been rivals and as children, kei always showed off his talents and rubbed them in Tsujis face that he was stronger than Tsuji.

Appearance: Tonnek Dor Mayne is an interesting looking fellow, chalk white skin topped with long black hair gives him a striking resemblance to an animated corpse, his dark clothing not helping matters one bit. His cobalt blue eyes are a stark contrast to his skin and hair, his lithe, slender form leading many to overlook him on the battlefield. Whilst not a physically dominating looking being, many a whispered comment about the dark young man trail his every move, none daring to raise their voice. Many a curious glance directed at his heavily bandaged left arm has been met with an icy glare, none daring to ask why no skin shows on that one arm…
Personality: Of the few that have spoken to him at length, fewer still were willing to divulge information about the young man, instead muttering “cursed one…” under their breath and busying themselves with tasks. A quiet young man, he has been known to seek the company of young librarians of the female persuasion, but is rarely seen with them more than twice…
History: A mark burned into his arm, as well as his equipment reveals a past association with the Dark Knights of the Old Kingdom, further research revealed his association with the Endairon chapter of these men and women, called by many “The Cursed One’s”…
Skills and magical abilities: Due to his Dark Knight class, Tonnek has a high level of skill with dark spells such as “Cursed Rain” and “Blazing Gale”- spells forbidden by most religions and seen by many as evil due to this. What is unknown is how he learned his darkest ability “Shadow Manipulation”, giving him the power to control the very shadows and use them as his weapon or his shield, an ability forbidden by even the dark knights. As is the case with all those that follow the path of the dark knight, the spells require a sacrifice of some sort before they can be used.
Due to the Infernal nature of his spells and powers, Tonnek cannot be healed by White magic, instead, it proves quite deadly to him and causes him intense pain comparable to any fire spell.
Weapons: A single Rapier, the hilt blackened by an unknown power, the blade still a radiant silver, as if new.

It had gotten excellent ratings when the previews were shown to critics, and he had no doubt about it being a runaway hit! He had brought his girlfriend, Sarah Nolan, with him. But later, when the film was starting. the power was cut. He looked around, and saw Sarah being abducted by a figure that he recognized as Jack Tsaz, of Byako's mafia, ruled by Henry Aquila, AKA "The Eagle." He ran out the theatre, and ran up the wall, but he was too late. A helicopter was flying away. He vowed then forth that he would do whatever it took to find her.

Ability Style: He's a ninja...thats right, fear it mrgreen
Weapon: other than his fists, he has two ninja blades called Kushinada, according to his homeland's legend, their battle goddess Kushinada morphed into the blades after a battle with the great demon Kenko
Ability: He's strongest in Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu, he knows Taijutsu, but his rival Tsuji can top him in that. He knows some minor magic spells but he rarely uses them, his speed and agility are usually what gets him through a battle
Personal Skills:
Auto-Heal: Well with Tsuji around (his big one time rival that's all "DEATH TO KEI!!" and such...) he's trained his body to go into healing once he's been unconcious for a while. His body glows a soft blue if nothing exciting's going on, but if it's an emergency, his body glows a golden yellow color. He's tapping into a magical reserves when this happens so he might still be unconcious once he's fully healed, or at least be groggy and not totally receptive. Since it's a magical skill it doesnt need the power of his chakra (though if it did he'd be healed instantly) so if his chakra's blocked his body can still recover and such. The only drawback is that he hasnt trained that hard in the magical arts of the arcane so his magical power isnt that strong, so it could take hours to days to heal completely judging by the injuries.
Kekkei Genkai: His bloodline skill is actually unique compared to most jutsus. Once he comes about his power, it becomes a permenant ability with no use to spend any extra chakra other than the need to actually come to it. Being a Neko, his Kekkei Genkai reflects the abilities of various cats. He's already as agile as all of the feline family, he becomes as strong as a tiger, and as fast as a cheetah. And like all cats, he has the ability to blend in with his enviroment, but unlike those cats, his body actually camoflages with his surroundings...more like a chameleon. Sure it's not 100% perfect, even the great Tsuji would have trouble if he werent using his Sharingan and Byakugan. Also, by concentrating his chakra to his ears, his hearing becomes 10x that of a normal human. Also he has a sixth sense he uses to "see" things in the dark, sending his chakra and magical energies out in a pulse kind of like a dolphin's echolocation, and he can see things that it hits, no matter how fast it's moving.
Weakness: he's alittle naive...and gullible. He kinda trusts people alittle too soon as well so if/when he gets betrayed it usually crushes him. And he's not as strong as other Neko's, but that balances out with his speed.
Description: Darker tan-ish skin with a light tan tail with brown stripes, long silver hair with brown feline ears just poking out, and red eyes. He wears a pair of brown shorts and a blue shirt with the symbol of his clan on it (a rose and kunai in a cross). He also wears a Chyaku Norisu scarf and a silver locket with a picture of his sister in it.
Storyline: Born on a special day in his villiage hidden from the sky, Sparkei was the only one in his clan with the characteristic silver hair and red eyes of a Mikage, or "honorable shadow". His abilities topped even his teachers when he started classes. He was the first in his clan to be upped to the Chuunin level before his 13th birthday. While away on a mission, his villiage was attacked by none other than his estranged sister. His sister had opposed the Elders repeatedly and was finally banished. She watched Sparkei and knew that if he was there she'd have no chance in defeating the village then, so she left it alone until he was gone. Although against her wishes, her followers killed her (and thus Sparkei's) parents in the battle. Sparkei arrived soon after and repelled the forces. Nearly killing his sister in the process. The village was grateful to Sparkei but he eventually ended up leaving the village. Sparkei knew his sister wouldnt attack the village again, but he had to find her, and finish her off. Wandering has caused him to run into some interesting people, he's trained in many various arts, and he soon found himself in another ninja village. There he met Tsuji, his future rival. Having been experienced for many years before then, he kinda had a way of rubbing his skill in Tsuji's face, one day while on mission the entire village was massacred, and by who else? Tsuji. But in his rage he had no idea he had done so, and thus blames it on a certain someone else, Sparkei, distraught that he had lost another village, vanished into obscurity again, where he discovered the mystical arts and began to train in those. He slowly began to accept his life, beginning to think he'd be doomed to live a life of lonely-ness, having no idea that not only Tsuji, but others of his past were alive, and looking for him. After leaving his magical training grounds, he found himself in the city of Byako, and his story continues...

Ability: she float/hover her self off the ground a couple feet and is nearly a cats weight so she can move pretty swiftly, she also can remeber almost anything she had heard both information and rumors. If not she has a special cell with her to keep info for her just in case if she forgets.
Weakness: Her weight gives her a dis-advantage in fight as for the rest, she loves jingle bells, she doesn't why she likes them, it just gives her a spiritual feeling. She also can't rember the time. Evertime she tries it gives her a memory jam, that's big enough to make her go back where she was before just to remember.

Storyline: She was abandoned by her father when after her mother died of a sudden illness and was left on the streets. She was then taken in by a local orphanage who also taught Taijutsu and Kenjutsu (art of fighting with weapons). Later when she was coming from training to the orphanage, it was up in flames along with her friends and teachers. She later wandered to Byako and grew the rest of her life to now in an apartment that she was able to earn after doing quick jobs of gathering rumors and information to mercenaries and bounty hunters. She later then made a business out of info gathering and investigating rumors and making profit out of it. Even with her personal job she’ll help out a few people once in a while just out of her own good will or she'll just wander place to place, wherever where her feet take her.
