And notably, reffering to anyone new as a nightmare does take a bit of hubris on the accusee's part. No one is better at anything than anyone else, some people have just been in the game a bit longer than others*.

I do not accept members if they have any chat speak in there request. But most of the time if the miss something I will deny them, but message them saying if they message the request form with everything complete I will invite them back to the guild.
