Dx they demand 30 hours training from us now and they are the ones who keep cutting funding for said training!

=-=; They also demand all these steps to be done,but leave us wondering how to be with our kids at the same time.If we choose one over the other,we'll get in trouble either way.
Oh and they demand we have all these materials,but half the time they do not ******** look at them or for them.Then they have the nerve to say we never had them! mad
They claim they know kids act different when strangers are around,but sure write down that we're s**t at what we do if the kids are acting strange.
Really?
One year one kid who usually enjoyed art didn't feel like it that day and they wrote down that I didn't make him do it.
THEN one year I made all the kids do the same thing and got a bad mark for THAT!
Oh and they demand we put in like 5 or 6 different activities during inspections.
....Do they seriously not realize that kids migrate where their friends are and stay there no matter what? It's like getting a cow down the stairs to get the kids to do 5 or 6 different activties in 3 or 4 hours....:/

-_-; ~grumbles~ If I wasn't so sure my next job idea wouldn't fail,I'd be okay....~sighs~ ;-; Being a Librarian these days seems like a bad idea....
