Cai kept silent and flew back into the hanger.

Once in the infirmary, Demi had laid Dante down on one of the beds provided in the medical wing and exited his room, waiting patiently in one the chairs that sat outside of his room. "If you guys kill him..." She started to threaten to the medics as they passed, cutting herself short, gritting her teeth more. "...Just save him for Christ's sake..."  

[Zahzi]

Kogg let out a groan before returning to the Moskau.

One of the officers looking over at Dojime. We have just entered the territory...We should be safe now..."

Grim flew back into the hangar of their cruiser and walked onto the command bridge.

"No luck?"

"Their newest member gave me trouble...Are our weapons offline."

"Of course."

One of the medics looked over at Demi and gave a nod.
"Of course, ma'am..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Told ya he would be to tough for you to handle.."

Demi just sigh heavily, working on getting herself as comfortable as she could possibly could in her seat. Something told her she'd be there for a while...  

[Zahzi]

Grim looked right at Olskey.
"I almost finished him if it weren't for a pirate's interference..."

Twenty minutes passed before one of the medics came out of the room and looked over at Demi.
"He's been stabilized." he said simply before letting out a sigh.

"He had Third-Degree burns on 92% of his body. Those wrappings didn't help at all. When we get to Side-8, he'll be transferred to the hospital there for both better equipment and skin-grafting."

"Yeeeaaaah... But if you were really as good as you say, you would have had him finished."

[]"Fine..." Demi grumbled, glaring at the wall in front of her. "I'll speak with Dojime and see if he'll let me stay behind. I think it'd only be fair for Dante to wake up with a familiar face to greet him."  

[Zahzi]

"And I suppose you would have done better?"

"Oh the procedure should be done by the time we're done with what command wants the crew to do while we're on Side-8" The medic said before looking back over at the room he came from.
"...I don't know how a person could survive that kind of damage..."

"Now when did I say that..?"

Demi, unable to help herself, smirked. "He's Dante. He's Gil. You can't possibly think people like him are just wiped out so easily."  

[Zahzi]

"He has an abnormal will to survive the injuries he did..."

"By the way you are acting, you believe yourself to be a better pilot."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"What? Hell no! You're way better than me! I'm just surprised you got beat."

"Well when you're Gil seeking revenge, it's hard to die. And when your Dante... I don't know what happened to him..." Demi sighed. "He just got out there and snapped... He wouldn't even say anything either..."  

[Zahzi]

"I wasn't beaten. We were right at the territory line and I had to fall back."

"Well, it's not my place to say about someone's psychological standing..."

"Eh... I would have kept going..."

"I'll have to ask him when he wakes up..."  

[Zahzi]

"But when he wakes up, be sure to give him a few moments to catch up with what he already knows..."

"If I had done that, then our entire operation would have been blown out of the water."

"Not if you were quick enough~"

"Don't worry, I know what to do." Demi sighed, waving her hand casually.  

[Zahzi]

"Well then, I advise you to get ready for our landing in the colony." The medic said before walking off.

"You would have been cut down before you even got close to the LionHeart."
