Shokuhou Misaki. o wo Misaka Mikoto (the Railgun's) rival, the Queen of Tokiwadai, Mental Out, and probably some sort of otaku. Highly lulzy, possesses mind-control powers, and in general is more fun than most of the stronger characters in the series.

He goes by the alias Artemisumi on deviantArt. He does nsfw stuff most of the time, and don't bother mentioning my name, his English isn't great and we only talk business because of that. XD
