Though I'd try and do something for the hands like maybe a glove that layers under the black 90s gloves if tehre are any. If not death whisper or black ink stuff.

9/10, it's missing something, nothing specific, but it's something gaia can't provide.
You're always limited in your choices, when using Gaia's items, but this is a good avatar, nonetheless.
You could use blue shoes, maybe?

8/10 it is ok. It is a bit cluttered, and you might want to put some more of that light blue on the bottom.
