"There's a dark blue aura inside that room," Tea whispered, pointing into the quarantine chamber, "It's strange because that's a normal aura unlike the others."  

[`Smarties]

Seth looked over to the chamber Tea was talking about. "Are you sure? What would a normal person be doing here? Unless they were just recently captured." He said, slowly approaching the the room. "You think we ought to check it out?"

Tea nodded. She couldn't leave whoever it was in there alone.  

[`Smarties]

Seth approached the door. He tried just opening, the most obvious solution, but it was locked of course. "Hey, are you in there?" He whispered from outside the door.

Synthic couldn't respond. She was too afraid to, because of what she said to Drake. That drug made it impossible for her to tell anyone anything.
Tea looked at the door and then at the door knob, "One second," She whispered. She disappeared and faded through the keyhole, materializing inside the chambers. She turned around and opened the door carefully.

Seth quietly entered the room. It was a pretty neat trick Tea had. Seth approached Synthic cautiously. He could see she afraid. "Hey, we're not going to hurt you." He said, looking at himself. He was still invisible. Synthic wouldn't be able to even see him when he spoke.

Tea released the magic around them so they were back into view again. She knelt down next to the cage, "This is the one."
Synthic was panting for air and shivering. She bit her lip so she didn't speak. That minion of Rick's had given her a drug that made her say the polar opposite of what she wanted to say, and it often came out with a few curse words and an insult or three.

Rick sighed as he looked at his invisible army, "The DNA replication is almost complete to inject into these guys. For now we have a bit of a mouse problem in the quarantine chambers again."
He had the experiments in there infected, so he could see through their eyes. He saw the intruders and wondered what they were even doing there. He didn't recognize them.

Seth looked down at Synthic. She was not well. Whatever they did to her could of been worse though. "We've got to get you out of here. Can you speak?" He asked to her, not realizing she was trying not to speak.

Synthic accidentally slipped, "Damn you people! What the hell do you want with me?!" She demanded, then moved away from the front of the cage. She couldn't believe she just said that.  

[`Smarties]

Seth was a bit shocked, but he expected that kind of reaction. Maybe she thought they were going to do experiments on her or something. "We want to help you! We can help you escape from this place." He replied to her.

Doing what the drugs made her do gave her strength, but she couldn't keep doing that. Tears formed in Synthic's eyes. She just wanted to die...
Tea looked at Synthic for a moment before speaking, "Something's making her say that," She said, "Her aura isn't matching her tone."  

[`Smarties]

"Perhaps possession? Could someone be controlling her. Or perhaps some sort of spell?" Seth said, wondering what was making her speak like this. "But seeing as we're in the Academy.. it's probably a potion or drug." He looked to Synthic. "Am I right? Just nod your head."

Synthic nodded weakly. It took all of her strength to tell them the truth.
"We need to get her to safety," Tea said. They couldn't kill anyone with this woman weak like this.  

[Fujibayashi Shina]

With the mild mist that seemed to build up around the floors slowly made its rise, the source wandered the halls aimlessly, examining and passing here and there. The thick fog made the floor unseeable, and it had been rising over the few days, making its way up. Without anything to do, Spira had remained to herself, eventually losing sight on what was going on around her. The gaseous being moved her and there, its heart sitting in one of the ventilation shafts. The small rock made it hard to Spira to move through walls. So she learned to remove it, and so it sat alone, bellowing a small yet endless stream of white mist.

"Yeah, we'll get her out of here." He said with a nod. He ran back into the hallway to see if anyone was around. It was for the most part lifeless. This wouldn't look good. Just leaving through the main entrance with one of their captives. Unless.. "Tea, do you know if you can perform the invisible spell once more on all three of us?"
