I have been getting up at around 1pm everyday now since christmas. Life is good.

This is my second day back to school. stare And I almost died getting up at 6:30.. I normally get up somewhere around 7. XD

Yesterday was supposed to be my first day back, but we had a snowday. Even though there was no snow, and people were driving around on the "icy" roads. So this morning I got up at 6, and my dad waited 45 minutes to tell me that we had a 2 hour delay. I was happy and mad because I had an eye doctor appointment at 7:30 anyway so I couldn't sleep in. I got home and found out that school has been cancelled for today too. I am happy. And we're supposed to get a snowstorm tonight that continues through tomorrow so we might not have school tomorrow or Thursday either. Again, I am happy.

And I always thought of this as the constipated smilie: whee but I suppose yours does too.

Back when I was in high school, we never had snow days. Ever.

It wasn't the weather that was the problem, oh no. I recall several times each year that the surrounding school districts would cancel school, but off we were!

Grr. I think school was cancelled once throughout my last four years at school.

We get some really bad weather, such as freezing rain, -40 c days, snow, more snow, and a bunch more snow. And yet we never have snow days because the guy who decides when to close the schools in on the island of Montreal. We, are not, so when we have icy roads and snow up to our knees, they might only have light snowfall. They'd never know until a bus crashed or something.

At least we get used to standing in the cold for half an hour. rolleyes
