Diggable.
I like the light hair to dark hair contrast. Plus it goes with the gold and black on my avi... I just need to add a bit moar gold to the base.

A hat or a hair pin... though the hair pin would be odd.
Yeah some gold at the bottom would be good, and maybe some red at the top as well.
