The colours don't really match at all, and although it would be clever if colour schemed, I can't rate you much higher than this. Plus, the eyes seem the only thing magical on what seems like it would be a fighting character.

The Inari sash dealy sorta... mmm, it's off color, compared to the other items. Other than that it's great!

Add some more dark blue around the feet, and either balance or remove the lighter blue and brown.

It sticks to the theme perfectly, and you did a very good job of it. There is nothing that really stands out about it, but it's a pleasingly complete avatar. You can't get perfect without taking a risk and I feel you played it safe here.
@T I thought the Inari sash worked well because the gold-brown of the sash blended well with the gold of Fremere's guard, and without it Fremere's gold jumps out of the avatar at you. Plus the white of Inari's sash works really, really well with the glow from Adamantea.
