I can't say I like it much, although it's amusement levels are rather high. You've got the cosplay of a cat, while stepping on two cats, while using a staff which is generally assosciated with a monkey, all while in black + white stripes (I'm thinking Zebra.)
I'ma give you a 7/10.

It's the Street Fighter item, Zylo; Vega's claw. Any way, 7/10. I like it, but it doesn't mesh in a few places... Try the Soot Face Explode instead of Dark Ice.
