Too shy? o wo

How was AC5's multiplayer system? Was it better than 4/FA? I remember the revamped control schemes and HUD was an amazing thing.

Well, I was too self-conscious about my lack of skill... ^^;
The multiplayer system was plenty good. Community was pretty good at the time I was playing, even if I didn't do too much. XD

Now I'm even more excited for Verdict Day! Hot blooded gritty mecha action here I come!

Pile Drivers man... Strongest weapons in the game, but low ammo and high-risk. I had one on my AC for the sake of anti-AC combat, provided I could get close enough. XD

Do swords function the same way they did as in the old games? I forget. Also, is the mobility more of 4/FA or the ones that came before? o wo

It's more like the older games, Swords included, no supersonic maneuvering. The game is much more tactical as far as the combat goes.

Also, pile drivers are so powerful, because it's pretty much a hydraulic piston that slams a GIANT ********> super-heated spike into whatever is in front of you. o wo

THAT IS AMAZING! That is the single manliest weapon in a game ever.

But the lack of supersonic maneuvering is kind of a turn off. sad

It ain't so bad. You get used to it pretty quick. And the combat actually has some weight, that was a big draw for me.
I mean, if my AC has two goddamn giant-a** Vulcan cannons on it's shoulders, I want to feel that when I fire.
Not to mention, these AC's can handle being submerged.

Which NEXTs couldn't do, right? I just don't like the feeling of being slow. That was one reason I didn't enjoy Killzone 2 as much, the characters were so slow and sloppy.

So there are absolutely no options at all to be able to recreate something like Nine Ball or White Glint in terms of maneuverability in AC5? o wo

You can still go at decently high speeds, just not White Glint fast. XD

Hopefully Verdict Day lets you choose between heavy and White Glint. xD
