Gemini & The Teen Titans

Then Fox's red fox ears went up. She was picking up a sound but what? She sat there still wondering what was it and it sounded close. Real close.

"Or dead," said Gemini. Then she just realized the word she said. Gemini didn't really likes saying that word or hearing about. But from what she knows now, her parents did marry young. And now their dead. She than shook her head and changed the subject. "Though if I do decide who I want to marry I let you know. Besides I already know my perfect soulmate," she whispered in Draco's ear again. Hoping he'll understand what she said right there.

Then DarkStar slithered to Fox's behind. She than went huge and attacked Fox. "Hissss," she hissed towards the two girls.

Fox growled and transformed into her Fox form, "Grrrr!" She than tackled DarkStar to the ground and reconized the scent at once. "DarkStar!" she said.

"Hmhmhm, Fox. Glad you still reconize me," DarkStar said evily. She than rapped herself around Fox and pulled her into the ocean water with her.

"Ah!" screamed Fox. She wasn't such a good swimmer at all. Pretty much, Fox's weakness was water or drowing in water.

So DarkStar swam deeper into the water as she turned into a water serpant. She wanted to mess with Fox and maybe even drown her too.

As Kid-robin wandered the grounds his keen hearing heard a scream within in the distance, he routed all his strength to his legs and sprinted towards the source of the sound, as he approached his eye reported that the girl they called Rose was thier, the scream did not macth her vocals, they were clear differcnes between them. He arrived in front of Rose freezing his steady sprint. 'What happened ?' he demanded in a mahcnaical tone.

The police officers finally allowed Robin to leave the store unfortunatley not at as quick as Robin had like but he had to help them, clearly this was a new threat that small town officers had never encountered and had only heard about in the news. He dived his hand into his utlilty belt as he left the store and strode casually to his bike, he may need the others help. Then as quick as his hand had dived into his belt he stopped, did he need their help ?, everyone was worn from the battle they'd just been involved in, surely he could handle this while they rested ?, he pulled his hand out of his belt producing his grapple hook he take to the roof tops to see if the boy was still in the area.

Spider-robin up from his idylic sprawl on the rock, he S/R sense had gone into overdrive as new presence could be felt, one which could be considered a potentional diablocial threat. He got up trying to hone in on it. Obivously Turgon and co were staging another assualt on ther group after they'd had their tails kicked just a few short hours ago at their tacky looking base.

Starfire then heard a scream of distress from outside. She then held her baby close with one arm. While the other arm/hand held Scott close to her. Was Turgon and his followers back? Why now?

"Huh," as Gemini heard the scream from outside. "It's Fox!" she yelled as she reconize the scream. So Gemini said to Draco, "Lets go!" She than ran outside and towards the beach shore where Rose was. "Rose what happened? Where's Fox?" she asked.

Fox struggled under water with DarkStar trying to pull her down. Fox never really like the water, specially if it was deep like the ocean. She was afraid of drowning and all her friends should know about her weakness. Fox was fire and everyone knows what happens to fire once in water.

Rose looked to Kid-robin and was about to answer when Gemini came. She than said, "It's Fox! She's in the water. DarkStar came out of nowhere as a serpant, a huge one, and dragged her in the water. And Fox can't swim. She's afraid of the water. She'll drown if she stays in there longer."

'Hold on i'll get her' Kid-robin announced mechnaically spreading his arms out he leaped off the cliff no fear regestring with them, as he hit the water the freezing liquid sent a tinling sensation throuhgout the boy's body, but some unknown element aloud him to push forward. Like a missle set on course he rocketed towards the outline of the distessed Fox and Darkstar, he pulled out on his blade as he got closer and the two's shapes became clearer and more detailed, the water impeeded his sight but he had a mission and he couldn't stop now. He grabbed the snake lacthing on tightly he pulled his blade bearing arm back knowing he was going to need all the momentuem possible he pulled if through the liquid turning into his force into a crawl he began to slowly but surely slash the snake on the back.

Arachnid sprinted out the house hearning the scream of Fox, it was a noise he was all tom familar with, he saw Rose at the cliff and began to imagnine the worst dreadul secnario possible, had his finace been snacthed away from them by the selfish grip of death. 'What happened ? ' he demanded his such use of energy did not affect as the adreline racing through him supplmented for it.

Spider-robin spritned up to the formualting group knowing that was obivously not a glicth and was a serious problem. 'Darkstar's trapped Fox down their and from what I can tell the battle isn't going well' Spider-robin coutinued now irritated with how the villains turned up at the the worst time to attack, they were so lucky they hadn't caught during nap time or he wouldn't have been pleased...

Draco clenched his fists tightly. "So they finally decided to creep out from their holes again." He would've liked to have some more rest before they next struck, but it appeared as if the villians were not going to hesitate on this. They were going to pay for interrupting the conversation he had been having with Gemini. "They'll pay for this." Draco wasn't very good with water, so instead he watched while Kid-robin went to get her.

Nox watched the boy leave the store and go up to the roof. He let out a small hiss of annoyance. Was the hunter looking for him? No doubt. Why couldn't he just go home. Nox thought it over. What other reason would he look for him, but to kill him, right? This logic made sense to Nox. Grabbing the lid of a garbage can, the metal quickly reformed into a rough spear. The vampire dug his fingers into the brick of the building, using his powers to form handholds where he needed. Quickly he began scrambling up, intent on surprising the hunter.

"I'll go help him out since I can swim and turn into any animal that can swim," said Gemini. She than took off her top and bottoms and only wore a light blue bak-ini now. She than ran towards the water and dived in. Once Gemini was in the water swimming she transformed into a dolphin and finally spotted the three.

DarkStar felt a sharp pain on her back. She turned and saw Kid-robin. She than pushed him off of her and accidently released Fox from her grip.

Fox was finally released and was sinking down. She tried to go up but couldn't and so, she began to sink. Down and down. 'Arachnid,' she thought in her mind. 'I need to breathe,' she though again. She needed to get out. But then she saw something swimming.

Gemini hit DarkStar on the face with her bottle nose and than swam after Fox. She made a dolphin sound and placed Fox on her back.

Fox than turned back into her to leg form and saw the dolphin coming. Once the creature got closer she looked at the eyes and saw they were brown. 'Gemini!' she though in her mind. When she once on the dolphin's back she slouched a bit feeling weak.

DarkStar looked at the two girls and swam their way. But then she realized she had to leave before Turgon finds out what she did. So she stopped what she was doing and swam off like a coward.

So Gemini than swam to Kid-robin and grabbed him gently with her teeth and bit his arm but gently. She then pulled the two up to the surface and shore.

Fox was about to knock out until the reached the surface and she took a big amount of air. "Huh!" she breathed in the air.

Gemini than swam to the beach shore where the others were or would meet them at. Once she reach shore, Gemini transformed into a wolf and still pulled Kid-robin in her mouth and carried Fox on her back. She than released the boy once they were on sand and dropped Fox on the ground and on her back. The Gemini went back to her human form and dropped herself on the sand breathing.

Arachnid leaped off the cliff soaring through mid-air, he flung a line out sucking him into the high up boulder on the beach it had lacthed onto and skidded to halt upon the beach creating a small sandstorm behind him. 'Fox !' he gasped kneeling beside her, water was one of her few weaknessess and it had been utlised to the fullest extent.

Kid-robin rubbed his arm where he'd been lightly dragged by Gemini, their was small graze but nothing fatal, it lightly oozed blood but only small beads, his injuried and state had no comparsion to those of Fox's, he was glad she was safe and breathing, it seemed even now Turgon's group refused to back down even after being severly beaten only a few hours ago.

Robin carefully surveyed the surroudings, he boy seemed to have disappered, he heard a clang in the distance, it seemed to stand out since little noise emminated from the town, he pulled out some smoke pellets from his utility belt, if he attacked he only wanted subdue the boy, all he wanted to do was talk, he closed his fist hiding the pellets. The boy obivously hadn't wanted to talk, the question is, why ?

Spider-robin breathed a sigh of relief as Fox's tracking line began to return to normal, now everything was ok it was time for a nap or maybe some food, he wasn't fussy just as long as he got feed and slept. He was glad everything was ok, so while everyone craddled around her and panicked he'd sneak off and go and find a good bed to sleep in.

Draco let out a hearty sigh of relief as he noted that Fox was alright. While he could swim, he himself was not a fan of water at all and understood how Fox felt about being submerged in it especially when one couldn't swim. It reminded him of swim lessons back at home except in those, his tutors were always around to pull him back up. "Good job." He said.

Nox clambered up quickly and went up on top of the roof. His eyes narrowed as he saw the hunter. Gripping the spear, Nox charged at Robin, sharpened point straight ahead. He wasn't sure about the abilities of this hunter, but he knew that he had to try his best to eliminate him quickly.

Gemini than sat up and looked to Fox lying there. "Hay Fox you alright?" she asked. She than observed Fox's body and it had some serious injuries. "Of, course your not," she said and than placed her hand on Fox's arm and healed her body with he glow and touch of her hand. Then removed her hand. Gemini than glared towards Kid-robin and looked at the little bite marks she left him with little blood. She felt sorry so she placed her hand over those wounds and her hand glowed as she healed his wounds and body. She than felt weak, a little. Sometimes healing others or herself drains her.

Fox stared to the ground and felt shooken from being under water too long. She did like the scenery of water but would never actually go in it. Fox then looked up and stared at Arachnid. Her eyes began to get watery and said, "Oh, Arachnid!" She than buried her face into his chest.

Gemini than looked to both Fox and Arachnid and said, "I'll leave you two alone. But I do want Fox inside safe and away from the water." She was glad that her brown hair was growing back. It felt good to have her long hair back. Gemini than stood up but felt a little wobbly from healing Fox and than closed her eyes for a little bit. Gemini than notice she was in her light blue bak-ini still. She than looked to Draco and asked, "By the way did you get my clothes that I left on the cliff." She felt funny dressing like that in front of her boyfriend.

Fox cried as she buried her face into Arachnid's chest. Being in the water scared her deeply and you couldn't blame her for crying either. All she wanted now was his comfort, her love's comfort.

Rose was glad that Fox was now safe but she was sad for her. She didn't like seeing a friend in pain. She than walked back into the house as she said to herself as she walked in the house, "Poor Fox."

Hunter Moon had watched DarkStar attack Fox without any orders from Turgon to say so. He hid in the forest trees, without any of the heroes seeing him. He than whispered quietly to himself, "Stupid DarkStar. Turgon will punish her for doing so." He than transformed into a black wolf and watched the heroes from afar. "Worthless heroes," he whispered quietly to himself.
