We already kind of did. xD ...But here's what you've missed.
Drea said that she and Kenji could go back to what they were doing, but can't think what that was.
Hideki's healing worked well enough that he was able to get back on his feet and Hideki, Levin and Emi went back to the ruins. Once there Levin caught an unfamiliar scent and followed it to Rahvine and DKiryu's house.
Nemus, a man from another world, showed up at Rahvine and DKiryu's house asking for directions. After a bit of discussion they figured out that Nemus wasn't from this world.
Rahvine had gotten some food for Nemus and returned just as Levin and the others showed up. After some introductions and more conversation. Levin turned into a wolf to show what he liked to do for fun.
Nemus freaked out and is currently hiding in some bushes nearby.
Rahvine is petting Levin to show he's not dangerous and trying to coax Nemus out.
DKiryu is sitting on the steps of the house.
And Hideki and Emi are presumably somewhere nearby.

Oh, and Akiba, you didn't break Levin. lol Because he uses Keyblades, they have awaken elements to start using besides fire. Akiba and Vladimer pretty much 'helped' him breach those barriers in attaining one of them. But this time around, Gwen was the one that helped him 'get to the next level', so to speak... Don't take that the wrong waaaaaaay

Well,... When Levin first showed up in the rp I think it was still 2009 so if that's right, then add four years to his age. xD

I'm here.
But Rahvine is with DKiryu right now and nothing has happened that would draw her away. Drea is with Kenji, same situation there. (so basically stuck waiting for Zero or Hideki, or for something to happen)
...And I'm guessing you're waiting for Hideki to respond to Nemus,... which is why Levin or Harou haven't said anything to move things along there...?
So yeah....

That's kind of what Levin is/was doing when he was having the soldiers taking that one woman through the woods, and those other soldiers following at a distance, to the ruins in his last ic post.
I think that was kind of the only 'plan'.
