I really like the transition of the orange of the hair into the red of the beam. The exposed flesh makes the entire thing really damn creepy, too.

I wanted to go for a little bit goofy/ sophisticated look. Plus I am really fond of the buck teeth. O.o
But it seems off to me. Like there needs to be more of something, but I don't know what it is.

4/10. Not really. Too black, then the smile doesnt fit it, there is brown on the eyes, that stands out, then the staff just doesnt fit in.
