Hey guys... My grandmother passed away this afternoon, so sometime in the next couple of days, I'll be heading out to Louisiana for her wake and funeral. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up, so I wouldn't just disappear for several days.

It hasn't hit me yet. My dad needs our support though... It was only 7 years ago that my grandfather, his father, and my grandmother's husband pasted away. He struggled through it.

Well, I don't know if this will cheer you up, but I just got a wrong number call from someone in Georgia and the first thing she asked me as if she woke me up. I know I sleep in but it's almost 7:00 here xd
First time I heard that southern taffy-mouth accent in five years...

I got a call from the telemarketer
it cheered me up
as long as I can legally make them miserable
Im happy smile

she tried to get me some deal with saving money
and I made her contradict herself so many times that afterwards it just sounded like a rip off so she eventually hung up on me

So the funeral date has been set, I will most likely not be here from 9pm Friday (Central US time), until Sunday evening.

Its a funeral... And one of my uncles is a greedy pig... We expect fuss... That's why were having a security officer placed in front of her room. To prevent him from taking whatever he wants from Grandma's things without waiting for the reading of the Will.
