garin relaxed a small amount when it didn't seem there was anything wrong.

"Look at this," Sanvi said, showing them the book. She had marked the page that showed her last name, and the page that showed the Medici history.
"So this means...you have...ancient royal blood?" Aquaria asked, shocked.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"That was unexpected," Garin said, but didn't seem overly surprised by it.  

[marixe alcyone]

"Only thing is," Sanvi continued, "I don't really want it."
"But it doesn't matter, does it?" Aquaria asked. "Since you'll pass on control anyway?"  

[Cecily D Aria]

"it's important to know where you come from," Garin said, looking to Sanvi. "But it doesn't have to determine who you will be."

Sanvi nodded before walking back to Niccolo. She handed him the books with a bow.

Garin stayed quiet and watched again.  

[marixe alcyone]

"Niccolo, I know this is sudden, but it was for me too," Sanvi began. "Will you take my place?" she asked.
Niccolo looked surprised and nodded, slowly. "But you'll still have to become the leader before you can pass it along."

Garin let things proceed, not feeling the need to interrupt.

"Garin, would you like to go for a walk?" Aquaria asked gently. "You're still pretty tense."  

[Cecily D Aria]

"I'm not sure that is a good idea," Garin replied.  

[marixe alcyone]

"We'll be fine, and besides, you need to relax some," Aquaria said. "You're about to go insane."  

[Cecily D Aria]

Garin glanced at her and then nodded his consent.

Aquaria gently took his hand and led him outside. So far, none of the demons had acknowledged their presence.

Garin followed after her. Looked around at everyone he passed.
