Well I have one, but I guess it would depend on if it looks right to others... Ill try it on. Know of any good belts? The ones im seeing arent really doin it for me... If it doesn't, I can't think of any other items that might work for a headpiece right now that don't unequip the hat and/or are the wrong color. Black Leather Belt, Black Glamrock Belt, and Large Silver Buckle Belt are similar to the Scout belt. Do any of those work?

Hmm...Either the glamrock or the large buckle. I already looked at leather and dont like how it droops. XD

The Nautilus and Lovely Genie Yellow Embroidered Vest were the items I've used as backpacks for my Ness cosplay before. The Hard Shell Pack is more expensive, but it has a backpack pose, as well.
