Might try a darker hair and weapon.
Also, I apologize, but I can't really give the ok for that color hair in that style. Seen way too many fail Hitsugaya cosplays in the arena.

It's a 7, for me. I'm going with that because I like it's flow, but I hate the frostbite sword. It sticks out with it's light-blue; the hair does not match it.
Find something better?
