Or you're referring to the idea of the time room, involving the small orbs... .... Then I'm thinking it's the front of that apartment, where Jill get's blown out of... Or like I said, that room with the paintings showing time phases.

	Okay, so since my PC sucks, I don't think that screenshot is happening. The map is in the little shack, the one that leads onto the bridge.. The bridge where Nemesis shows up and you get the choice to "Push him off" or "Jump off". Right before that bridge, look in the shack.

	It is a Hunter. But the base sound effect was probably the same for both of them, just changed the pitch on them.
