"Well then it's safe to assume I'll not leave either of you alone. He fails to realize he's entered in to what I've properly titled 'Sanctuary,' what Jonas' corporation should have been. I suppose it makes sense that when things start looking up, he retreats to where he feels safe given Kain gave this 'Nexus' the boot as I'm ready to."

He'd lean back against the wall and suddenly take notice of his nails, as if he were on LSD. He'd become fascinated with the excess bone, though Caleb would snap him from his hypnosis with his question. He'd think for a moment, then shrug.

"I know where your friend is...and I know her condition. I can tell you who she's with...but I can't tell you why she's with her, nor can I tell you what Nexus wants with her. I'm afraid the powers that be keep my view of that park at a very low level...minimal, to say the least. This...Omi, was it? She can't speak. Her mouth remains shut. She uses Morse Code to speak to Alex, who's there for some reason once more beyond my knowledge. I'm sorry I can't give you more my friend."

Nexus was angry beyond the point of destruction. This being thought he was even fit to talk to him. ******** Jonas anger for taking away his space, but now he thought he was fit to banish him from anywhere. This was going to make him so happy to do. Nexus took the back of his hand right hand and charged it with vigor; the thread of his glove was instantly changed into a center of positive energy. He jumped into the room violent in his intent to smash this fallen angels head in. His elbow pading on command went negative, now his right arm was on its own enough to deal 50 megatons of damage.

He wasnt that cruel though. He walked up on Setsumei like death and slammed his right fist into his face, ducking around into his opponets face again he hit him with his elbow in the exact spot. The moment that his elbow touched an explosion went of like nuclear hell, but Nexus used all Seths brain to channel stray energy into a quater-dimension that led to deep space. All inclusive, the blow looked like somone hitting him with a small tree branch size of black electricty. It was like a silencer on a bomb, using the same funel technology just with the mind. He twisted with a hard leveling kick, so that setsuemi went into the other direction smashing one wall while the other took alot of the blast.

"Get Up." Nexus was standing in the same place and all of this took place in under .57 seconds. "Cat and Caleb; You are safe from me. This man chooses to fight then im not sure what he'll do. But this is my terriotory and i aint leaving." He turned his watchful eye to Setsumei daring him to come at him. He leave him broken without a sweat. "You can serve for me, or die for going against me. Id choose not to waste such potential. Besides im going to need to recruit anyway." He turned his back and looked around his room. In a flash jonas's orginal designs were back, the entire point of the blow was to disrupt this bull s**t home makeover.

"This place does not belong to you and staking claim to it is not your right. This is a company. This is something im going to Destroy and show the worlds population how beautiful this planet really is." He calmed his power and his mind. "Dont cross me now when the dawn is so close."

"Fear rules you now, does it Nexus? Fear is the root of all negative human emotions, including this blind Rage. A pathetic display of the untamed power of human emotion...if you had any sort of true hold on a damn thing you were throwing, I may need to care. It looks like jealousy is ruling you, Construct."

He'd only speak and laugh as Nexus -tried- to hit him (things may have gone differently if you'd remembered I taught you to never force hits), and though Nexus was without a doubt quick, he wasn't that quick. Unlike Kain's shell of a body, there wasn't a specific amount of damage it would take to break the mental shields he'd create. Each shield was meant to take the damage and disperse, allowing a new one to form thereafter or at the same time, depending upon the case. Setsumei only needed to think it to happen, using no true effort. Nexus was fortunate that Setsumei had gained human traits, such as mercy for such acts of cowardice. In the end, Nexus would more or less play the drums upon Setsumei's shields, which would disperse once Nexus would seem to calm.

"Mercy...how fowl it feels, yet so right it seems..." ::Looking back to Cat for a moment, before looking to Nexus:: "You're a short-sited egotist oblivious to what's right before him. We're on common terms when we say the H.E.C. should not exist, and yet in my destruction and rebuilding of it in to something beautiful that will help the suffering people of this planet, you only change it back for selfish gain; to destroy it your own self. But you acknowledged the safety of the children...so I owe you."

He'd sigh, trying to think about what to do. In the end, his sick transformation had given him a change of heart. True be it he felt and knew he was superior to any Human, Angel or Demon as he was now, though he seemed to suddenly care about things on a level beyond what was best for this or that. He cared for personal reasons, something that would endow him with the human flint of passion in his azure hues. All he needed to calm himself for a reason beyond his compression...was to look at Cat and Caleb, as he'd do now. He'd smile, then look to Nexus before directing him to a seat so Setsumei himself could sit on the couch and drink a bit more water.

"I WILL build my Sanctuary, and it will become a beacon of hope for these people. They need to spread and take this planet before it can take them. This building is a sign of tyranny; a Tyrant that should have gone the way of Earth. Jonas was wrong to support it and Micah was wrong to go at it with no plan of what to do upon it's destruction. Seth was wrong to even exist. You? Well...you need to find your own personality, Nexus. Don't allow them to influence you as much. That's not my point here. My point is that your cause seems noble...and so long as it remains noble and you keep away from the children, then I'll help you as had already been said. But we are BOTH high powers, Nexus. Don't underestimate me as so many have. You're to good for death. Now...clear the air of questions with a final answer: What is it, everything, that you want to do, Nexus?"

He'd poor a glass of the water for Nexus and hand it out to him with a warm smile.

"I swear, it may only be water but it's as calming as bathing in a hot spring. Try it at least; if nothing else it ought to ease your mind and allow all voices to congregate clearly, or not at all, given YOUR decision."

He'd pour two more cups and set them on the table, then signal for Cat and Caleb to join him...no doubt they'd been watching.

"You two are as much a part of this as I am. I'll allow no harm to you, so come! Drink with us, and speak your minds."

Nexus waved at the ground under him and a small black chair grew from the floor. It sat under him strongly as he looked at Setsumei's offering of water. He took it and sat it down next to him, the gesture was nice but he wasnt sure he wanted the drink. So he left it for a while as he talked.

"The H.E.C's end, that means company and people. To find the fourth petal and now Maria. Then go off and finish teraforming the land. Figure when this is all said and done i can go off somewhere and relax. By the by this conciousness is incomplete until the fourth petal, so you may want to deal with my identity issues till then." He yawned looking at setsumei's face; he hadnt meant to hurt him but good a bruise would have been nice. "So i dont think it would be logical to think that if i hit you with that same blast only at five different points at the same time you shield would regenerate." His boyish curiosity plus Seth's own interest in the shield overwhelmed his sense of what was important or approprioate for the moment.

"My abilities are not yours to question. If you wish to test them, that's your problem, not mine. I'm not human, and thus I don't fight with the mind of a human. I don't have a majority of my brain power missing as humans do. You were blessed with minds, yet hardly use them. There are those like Caleb and Seth that use a portion more, but there's no reason not to use everything you have."

He'd look to his reflection in the crystal clear water, finding tranquility in it's stillness for a moment. He'd then take a drink of it and allow another content sigh to escape his lips before pinning his attention back on Nexus.

"There's an individual named Derrick. I'm not sure who he is, nor what he does...but that's the problem. I don't have my thumb on him as I do everyone else on this planet. Ever heard the name?"

Cat had only blinked and it seemed things had gone from calm to horrible, to calm once more. 'Damn tired of things happening quicker then I can register them.' she thought off offhandedly but shook her head before ushering both...uhh, men, out of the room so Caleb had some privacy. "Come join us when your done." she called before closing the door.

Caleb nodded waited for the door to shut before changing.

Cat listened to Nexus and Setsumei talk before going over to take a seat nearby. At the mention of Derrick she lifted a brow. "Whats the last name?" she asked curiously.

"Oddly, I've no idea what his last name is...I've never heard it mentioned, nor has he thought of it. He's tied to a woman named Lura Marlo...he's been fighting in the Devil's Advocate, or at least had been. I've no information beyond this I'm afraid...and I've seen more regarding Miss Omi? An attack was made on your precious garden, Nexus. It tore this Omi apart, though as I'm sure you suspect, she was...well, to put it easily...brought back together. She was reanimated...are you sure it's a person, Nexus? Could it not be the park itself?"

It seemed logical enough to him. Plants were living things, and the park was just an abundance of the planet's anger, or so it seemed. It sounded like Nexus was to pull off the great flood Noah was to stand against...still. He was running short on ideas given so few people really stood out in the world.

"Devils...Ack, the fight club downtown. If thats the Derrick your looking for I can find him for ya. I use to hang out and watch the fights down there, so I can just ask around and see where he's been." Cat explained.

Caleb walked out of the bathroom and trotted over to the group. "Alex is the one that messed with the rose's, she didn't know it would hurt Omi though. She wanted to draw Nexus out was all." He explained. He turned to look at Nexus now. "She's still looking for you Seth." he said flatly before turning to look at Cat. "Your leaving?"

Cat blinked. "Stop having conversations with me before I actually think of what I'm about to say. I might be leaving, not sure yet."

Caleb smiled wide. "Your leaving." he confirmed.

[]x[] I read the first chapter of the book...and it was so much emo-ramble fangirl writing that I couldn't continue. Movie kicked a** 'cause I got to watch instead of read. Some things were obviously off (namely Edward's glow...) but whatever. Stephenie Meyer sucks, directors rule. []x[]

"I'd advise you not leave, or at least not for this reason. This is a problem for Nexus...not for us. Providing him information is one things, but I'd feel sick to my stomach if either of you were coaxed in to doing his work for him."

He was ready to comment on Caleb treating Nexus as if Seth were truly still a piece of him...but instead, he decided to allow for what he hoped to be the inner torture of the construct. He didn't care about Nexus in he least, but given he was hindering current plans, he had chosen to toss him a ball of yarn for the time being, choosing to spare the children anymore grotesque scenes.

((Inll seriousness ******** her. It's like the books rant about the frailty of love while revealing that mrs meyers had daddy issues.))

"He's right. I do appreciate the consideration but i have one shot at this and i cant afford the mistakes that i could make, much less yours. No offense meant of course, i just mean this is a delicate situation." He stopped looking around the room and trained his eyes on Caleb. "She's just chasing ghost then."

He turned on a heel looking at setsumei as he did so. "You and I are going to have a real problem." It was the audacity of disrespect climbing from the man's tone. "Two Alpha's dont run the pack. I do, you either take my orders or you can try and take my place." The dare was there out in the open naked to the eye. "So unless you want to save us both time and yourself the injury, then we can always step into my office. If you want to be civil and understand your place then we can all have a great day." He smiled classicly as he went around the room thinking. There was a small plan forumlating in the back of his mind about finding his fourth part; for now though he had another matter to attend too. "Caleb would you like to save your friend Omi from the park?" Nexus had been thinking and in all honesty if Omi's ties from the park were cut she wouldn't have the chance to muddle his plans.

Caleb lifted a brow at Nexus. "My sister was just told not to help you, what makes you think I will. If Omi wants out of teh park it's up to her." He explained. He moved and climbed up onto a seat. "But, if you let Alex see Seth again, I"ll help her no problems." he grinned.

Cat stared at Caleb. "Sense when do you go cutting deals?" she asked him.

"Since I know teh outcome already." he said, still smiling.

Cat looked as if she were about to say something but simply shook her head. "I swear it's like arguing with a telepath."

"Well if were arguing then you are." He smiled and looked at Caleb. "The best i could do is an image, i cant release Seth. Trust me Jonas has been trying to trade me something for his freedom all day." He sighed wishing it was that easy. "Caleb whats interesting is i dont know the extent of your power. I mean i know it i can read your mind, but i cant see your vision's until you have; but its blurry like listening to an old radio t.v show. Now we should get to it. You know the outcome here so tell me what i can do to help things along. Then i can tell you how to save your friend; unless she really is on her own. I mean i can just go kill her and come back, but im being humane and im willing to do your request."

"Image will work I think." He thought about it a moment, and then nodded. "Ya that'll do. As for Omi she can't be killed, so I think that idea is out. I saw her get hit by a semi once and still come out fine." He grinned again. "Thats sort of how I met her, I tried to pull her out of the way and batted my hand like I was an idiot or something. Her mom ran teh soup kitchen too."

Cat had gone to sitting with her chin in her hand while listening. She'd never actually met Naomi, but she did hear about her a couple of times.

"Sounds like you're not quite the Alpha...just a dog searching for it's bone, Nexus. Though, at this point, it looks like you've been going in circles chasing your tail, and thus you come back here, begging for aid. Tell me...do you plan to piss on this building and claim it your own?"

He was beginning to see how human humor worked. It made him laugh a bit on the inside. He'd shake his head, more then ready for any attack on any of the three of them; any possible move wasn't beyond his sight. Thus, he'd merely drink a bit more water...then look to the children.

"Completely off topic, but...I think we could use some tea. So, please, tell me what kinds you like, or if not tea, something the two of you like to drink. Oh, and Nexus! Please don't forget I'm willingly helping you...should seem odd to you, but then again, a pawn never realizes what it was until death I suppose. And the threat still stands...I will tear your three consciousnesses apart, and if that doesn't suite you, I'll annihilate the fourth rose and allow you to writhe for all eternity...as I've figured out the fourth individual. Though, it seems young Master Caleb wants Seth back, for even a moment."

He'd take the final sip of his water, then stand, still getting used to the feel of his silk white robes, their gold frills...it seemed odd that it took infusing himself with human emotion to gain proper angelic attire. As he'd begin to tie his long white hair back, he'd keep his amethyst gems glued to Nexus.

"How about...I tear Seth from you? I'll escort you to the park myself, and the young Master and Lady may accompany if they so wish. We'll meet with this Alex, and I'll tear Seth from you for...oh, five minutes seems enough time to have him explain things, doesn't it? That way, I can spare Alex the sad detail that Seth's words are long gone in this construct form. Furthermore, if his Omi, Naomi...is a friend to the little Master, then she's under my protection, though it hardly sounds as if she needs it...is this understood, Mr. Alpha?"
