Requirements- Clone that can use earth jutsus and milatary movment or hidden sand jutsu.
Description: this justu is useful for sneak attacks, and may be used in multiple situations the user may hide in a debris and then have a clone throw the boulders(Chunnin Ranked jutsu, in douton jutsu list) the user then may be thrown towards and enemy and exit the boulder for a suprise attack, basicly the user may hide in boulders and then be thrown to move faster and is able to suprise thecthe enemy by jumping otu of the boulders.

Description: This is a jutsu that must be activated before they are caught in a genjustu, the user will focus and force there mental state and physical state apart this will then send the user into a state of not being able to use jutsu becuase they lose the ability to think and control their body, the reason for this is so if the user is caught in a genjustu they may use taijustu even when there mind is being tormented, but this olny last 3 posts and if the user is still in the genjustu they will take massive mental stress, the zombie stage is a huge risk because they will randomly attack. No hand signs required to preform this jutsu. more info o this stae of mind the user will put their body in massvie danger and not relize consequences ((Basicly if you make post that contains logic they may call you on it))

Description: This a jutsu in which the user puts chakra around him to make pebbles and rocks and other forms of earht to spin aorund them, the point of this is to create a spinning shield around the user or they may use it as offence by throwing the rocks for mthe orbit.The power of the justu gets stronger the higher ranked the user is, gennins are able to orbit rocks up to the size of a head(25 pounds) around them and every turn it counts as a gennin jutsu, chunnins may orbit body sized rocks(150 pounds) and every post that justu is active counts as a chunnin jutsu, Jounin may pick 500 pounds of boulders ton rocks and every posts justu is active counts as a jounin ranked justus, Sannin may pick up 1500 pounds of boulders, and for every post it is active it counts as an S-Rank jutsu, The area in which the rocks may be spinned is also increased with rank gennin may rotate rocks 5 meters around, chunnin may rotate 15 meters around, jounin 25 meters sannin 40 meters.

Description: This jutsu requires a sword of some kind, and it also requires the user to have some form of hightened senses for it to actually work. This jutsu can only be used on characters that are Chuunin level or higher, otherwise their chakra signature will be too weak for the jutsu's power to be unleashed. The user generates a massive amount of energy into their weapon. Then, they have to be able to see the area where their opponent's chakra signature crashes with their own. When these energies collide they create a jagged void inbetween them. By slicing down, with the energy of the weapon, through this void, the user is able to instantaneously unleash three explosive blasts of power towards their enemy capable of obliterating anything in their path. This power blasts from three areas of the user's front, and also slightly off their sides forming a tremendous wide beam of power when they as they leave the user's center. Description: This is a taijutsu attack that focuses highly on quickness for the first blow, similar to Rock Lee's lotus. The user uses lightning chakra to accelerate and strengthen their movements and then blast off their feet to deliver a strong flying knee strike to either the opponents face of sternum. The lightning energy will momentarily stun the opponent as well, giving the user an better opening to continue the assault. Then while the opponent's balance is thrown off by the strike the user twists in the air to both land a foot on the ground and to wrap their arm around the opponents neck. Once the neck has been grabbed the user twists their feet on the ground and throws the opponent from their hip, where the opponent will crash into the ground headfirst. As if this combo isn't devastating enough the user continues to use the momentum they've gained to front flip and land a crushing axe kick into the opponent's chest and/or head, causing a small crater from the physical power.

Description: the user users the shadow dance bushin at a much larger scale, the user use's extreme speed to run out of the targets sight runnign so fats that they can't track you, then the user makes extremly fast hand signs making 100 bushin cloen then when this is doen it creates 100 illusions that attack the target they may not hurt the user but they can confuse them with a sea of fake attacks.

Katsuro, denied, you can pnly apply for jutsu once a week and also why not just learn Tajuu kage bunshin no jutsu as that is basically what you are describing.

Description:

After forming a complete set of handsigns, the user will cause a severe change in pressure in the building. Anyone inside the building, bescides the user, will become into a drunked like state. In this state, no taijutsu or genjutsu may be used, and ninjutsu is very slow to make. Although this can be used to attack, the main use for this is for in the drunked state, the affected ninja will be forced to answer any questions completely honest. This will be used for information gathering.

Note: The affected ninja have to know about the event or question to answer it truthfully, no meta-game.

Description:
In this jutsu thousands of small rocks would float up around the user forming a sort of 'shell', and a number of tails would be formed from the rocks, dependant on the number of tails released.
Now these small rocks would form the defense by, When an attack comes to the host, Clumping together to form a shield of strong rock to block the attack. And with each extra tail, the rock armor gets stronger, and the rocks would get more numerous and slightly larger, leading on to the next thing.

When these rocks start to float around the host, the host can, 'throw' the rocks from the armor 'shell' at an attacker, at the speed of a typical shuriken, and with each tail, larger rocks could be thrown.
With the tails and armor them selfs, each tail (and any appendages made out of the armor) would be formed of constantly moving rock particles, with the innermost spinning clockwise, the next layer the other way, the next clockwise again, and so on and so forth, so when the tail hit's something, it would cause a grinding effect on it, (to match the burning effect of the chakra shield would have on a normal host)

This jutsu is devestating. It creates gale force winds in front of the user. Another aspect is that it creates even more than the Grand Cutting winds jutsu. These wind blades will randomly take on one element that the user controls. Currently, this means that its only known practitioner will generate wind blades that become freezing((bloodline trait for wind)), catch on fire, or become charged with electricity. If taught to others, their wind blades would take on aspects of whatever elements they possess.

Description:
This is a fearsome, though one sided genjutsu. It requires that the user be a medical shinobi, or have medical knowledge. This genjutsu alters the victim's perception of reality to an image of a doctor's office. The victim is a young child, who has been called in for a strange exam by the doctor. What makes this so...twisted and distrubed, is who the Doctor is. For more contemporary shinobi who have kept up with music and singers, the Doctor is.... Doctor Jackson. He is an older man, skin a bleached out brown, hair an unruly mess of curls.
For shinobi who have not kept up with that side, but instead focused more on the past, the doctor is the ancient Orochimaru of the past.
Both take joy in giving the victim, who feels like a young boy, their first prostrate exam.
Weaknesses:
Cannot be used on females. Can be... enjoyed....by those whose minds are twisted and enjoy that kind of relationship*Shudder*

Description:
This is an advance of the Rasensunakirei invented by Ronnel. Ronnel came up with this advancement when he remembered fighting with the Bone Ninja, Slypher. He studied on the Kaguyas, and eventually hit upon this. Taking the original Rasensunakirei, the user draws in massive amounts of sand. The spinning tornado of the Rasensunakirei becomes inverted, the point ending about half a foot from the user's palm. The sand spins even faster, letting the Rasensunayari cut through most rocks, and even simple iron defenses. Bone is also susceptible if the jutsu is not deflected in time.
The sand spear coats the arm of the user, and is intended as a lunge technique. A weaker version, that cannot cut through metals, can be used by reducing the sand amount, allowing the arm to be bent.

Description: This is a jutsu that uses chakra itself to speed up chemical reactions, much like many of the healing jutsu speed up the regeneration process. First, one must simply go through a brief set of hand seals in order to trigger the start of the technique. By focusing chakra into any specific part of the body, the user must come within one foot of any kind of acid regardless of its state. When this occurs, the chakra will enter into the acid and give it an entire new level of corrosive power. Unlike what most media portrays acid as having the ability to eat through humans in a minute, the reality is that it can take the course of days or even over a week. The new corrosive power bestowed upon the acid allows it to act like it would within the fiction it is shown as, varying depending on the users rank. Either way, the effect is only temporary and will last at most half an hour on the substance before the technique must be used again.

Will be increased 100 times. (With a 5 day acid (7,200 minutes), would be reduced to 72 minutes)

I feel like this seems appropriate given the lengthy time acid takes to corrode materials, but if it's too extreme, I am willing to cope.

Description: This technque it extremly difficult to preform and use properly, the users speed must be exetreme from severe weight training or other harsh training, this is a shield used by taijutsu experts, the user moves their hand in an unbelivable pace and is able to stop harmful things such as fire of sand jutsus the user creates a solid shield with their hands by moving them so fast they avoid damage, this technque may even allow the user to block magma, but it cannot stop lightning jutsus due to the fact the user cannot move at the speed of light.

Description: This move can only be used by an Uchiha that learned the move from Jedi and cannot be Copied. This move uses fire that has already been set on the field as a weapon. Using sharingan the Uchiha Targets a specific person so that the fire will go after that person(s) no matter what. The fire launches from wherever it is and flies at the opponent. This alone will severely burn a victim. with this knowledge, even if the target tries to dodge it the fire will follow.
