Unafraid of Dreams (1x1) (Daringly Filled)

Liava opened her eyes and looked at Selina sighing in relief "yes, well I learnt to deal with it. I don't care if they try to change me, I am not going to change!" she said with a bit of defience in her voice

Selina smiled. "I'm glad. I don't want you to change." she said happily.

Liava smiled back at Selina and then her head moved to the door which had opened, the servant had returned "yes?" "he said that he wanted the girl to return to him" "well tell him he can't, he hurt me, so he has to pay the price" the servant bowed and left. Liava looked back at Selina "Laung is not going to get away with it, why don't you sit down Selina? There are plently of chairs?"

Selina blinked. "Oh . . . um . . . okay." she said softly and sat in one of the chairs. "Thanks." she said with a timid smile.

Liava saw the shyness, and tried to think of different ways to make Selina not so timid "do you want to play something?" she asked gently "your choice"

Selina blinked and tilted her head to one side. "What can we play?" she asked curiously.

Liava thought about it and looked around "well, we can outside and play the child games I always used to play with my brother until ..." she gasped and blinked back the tears looking away for a little while "he changed"

Selina got up and sat down on the bed before pulling Liava into a hug. "There, there . . ." she said softly, rubbing her back comfortingly.

The hug came as a shock. No one had ever hugged her before in her life and this was something new to her. She kept a tight rein on herself, making sure she didn't pull away, yet it was comforting "I'm sorry" she whispered after a while

"Don't apologize . . ." Selina said softly. "You need care . . . and comfort . . . I'm happy to give it . . . You're my friend . . ." she said and then pulled back slightly and smiled at Liava. "Alright?"

Liava nodded in response to the question and sighed looking down at her hands "i am so stupid sometimes. And you? Your smart, you know what to do and how to do it" she said going a light pink colour

Selina shook her head. "You're not stupid . . . you're a very kind person . . . and you're smart too . . . just . . . perhaps in a way that you don't see it." she said with a smile. "Just knowing what to do and how to do it does not mean that I'm smart." she added with a small laugh.

Liava bit her lip, hesitanting because she didn't know how to do this and then leant forwards hugging Selina. She smiled also at the girl. She had learnt something new! She didn't realise that hugs could be so warm and full of tender affection "thank you"

Selina blinked and hugged Liava back. "You're welcome . . ." she said softly.

Liava pulled back after a while and rolled her shoulder slightly "do you want to come out to the garden? My parents and brother never come out there so it should be quiet"
