"Well it was just.. weird." Demi scratched the back of her head in a nervous manner. "My teacher praised me for being good but... I totally sucked..." She said, sighing heavily. She jumped a little, hearing him suddenly giving a warning. GREAT. He was old, forgetful AND paranoid now. Anything else I should know!? She thought angrily.  

[cptflint]

"perhaps..." he said, laying back on his bunk, guitar resting on his stomach, still playing. "But there's no way of telling for sure. I just get these feelings, you know? This one time I got one and the engine room had a series of very damaging electrical fires a couple hours later. we where dry docked for a week at least."  

[Zahzi]

"...I'm REALLY hoping it's battle now..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Greeeeeeaaaaat.. Demi sighed quietly to herself. Being a greenhorn, she had no battle experience what so ever. It was one thing to run through training and drills and get through them with flying colors, but actually fighting.. she wasn't entirely sure she could do it.
"How bad does it feel.. Sir?" She asked, hoping the feeling was minor.

"about as bad as when the fires started, which is pretty bad. but this feeling is... different... I do hope it is a battle." He said with a bit of a chuckle. he made a sound with his guitar that sounded much like a an old fashion lazer. pew pew. shooting his guitar out at the door like it was a gun. "haven't been in a battle for quite some time."  

[Zahzi]

"I was last in battle three days ago...They're easily egged on into battle..." Gil said, giving a smirk.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"OK crazies I'll be taking my leave now." Demi nervously laughed, backing away for the door. "If anyone needs me I'll be looking for a tazer.."  

[Zahzi]

Gil just watched her backing away.
"...And if you don't find one..?"  

[cptflint]

"good luck with that." Dojime called to her as she left, not really caring. "then it should be easy to set a trap for them, that is assuming I'm right and it is going to be a battle, and not another electrical fire."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"..I'll lock myself in my room, only to come out for the necessitates..." Demi said after a few moments of silence, pausing halfway to the door. "I should have a tazer somewhere.. and back up batteries.."  

[Zahzi]

Gil just let out a sigh.
"...Need an escort..?"  

[cptflint]

"I didn't think they would allow any one to bring a tazer on board," he said, thinking about that for a moment, then shrugging.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I made a special plea for self defense reasons.." Demi nervously laughed at Dojime.

"And you can come if you want, but you two seem to be getting along well so you can stay and chat. I don't mind either way." She added before leaving.  

[Zahzi]

Gil watched her leave.
"...Until she gets ambushed by rabid gold-diggers..." he groaned walking out of the room.

"I'm fine!!" Demi yelled, flailing her arms about, turning around to see him. "Stay and chat! I can take care of myself! Besides, how bad can they be..?"
