Every so often, but I haven't finished many so it's hard to replay since I'm working on others but sometimes I do pick up one I've finished and play it again.

Hardly ever. (I rarely actually even use a phone - like maybe when my mom goes to the store and then calls house to found out if we're out of something - but me calling out? rarely)

Almost every time.
